'We’ve ordered a room For 5 ppl, paid over 400 bucks - and got a room with 1 bed! At one point they said they are not sure why this room is registered as 6 ppl and offered us extra blankets so we could put the kids in the floor! Even worst, we actually ended up not even having 1 blanket per person and my middle kid had to cover with a towel!!! Inacceptable!'

'The building is a combo of Hawthorn extended-stay hotel rooms with kitchenettes and La Quinta hotel rooms without. Lots of families with kids stay there because there is an amusement waterpark right next door. Our guest room was clean. My only issue with the guest room was that the sofa was uncomfortable because it was old and the seat cushions were worn out and way too soft. I rarely comment about a sofa, but this one, which was a sofa bed, was off-the-charts bad. Which was strange because...

'It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay.'
