'This resort is ideally located 20mins from La Fortuna and avoids the rush and touristy feeling .. gives total relaxation .. The staff is outstanding and the food at Kitara is top caliber. Highly recommend this place and the staff - chef Alex, Michael and Bryan managers , Harvy , Albert , Diego gave us a royal treat !! Thank you Hamilton Leisure for placing customers first !! 'Fantastisch gelegen naar het park, een luiaard kn de boom naast de receptie, een toekan in je tuin bij je kamer. Meer kan je niet wensen. Via de enorme hangbrug kan je nog een fantastische wandeling maken. De kamers zijn basic, maar goede bedden. Wel beetje gehorig.'

'Clean room. Very nice staff. Beautiful property. Amazing amount of animal life on property. Hummingbirds right outside our little porch all day. Had breakfast and a la carte which was good. We did not do the dinner buffet. Loved the feel of the lodge with the library and games. Just a beautiful place overall. '

'We had a wonderful stay here! We visited villas eco arenal with about 20 persons. The staff went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable!!! I organised a surprise birthday party, where Eduardo came with the initiative to arrange a birthday cake - which was stunning -, organised a local folkloristic dance group, and they reserved and decorated the whole restaurant for us.'
