'Comfortable cottage, but with short stairs from bedroom to washroom for those with mobility issues. We enjoyed the peaceful ocean setting with wonderful views and wildlife discoveries. Kitchen is well equipped. Michelle was there to greet us and explain what we needed to know.'

'What a beautiful spot. Nice and private, very peaceful. Unfortunately, my pup decided to have a midlife crisis and we weren't able to spend time with the fur gang who are a wonderful bonus to this property. The ocean is easily accessible and the owner's easy to communicate with who were very patient with my fishing obsessed kids. Shopping, stores and hiking are all close as well. Having a warm fire at the end of the day was a lovely extra. Thank you for a wonderful stay.'

'Our family of 7 and dogs had a fabulous Island getaway. You cannot beat the views. Situated right on the ocean, we spent our mornings walking the beach, our nights in the hottub looking up at the stars and our days hiking Elk Fall trails. Situated 10min away from town, we had access to grocery stores. What we liked was the layout. There is one bedroom suite downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs including another Master. This was great for us as we had a teething baby. Everyone got their rest....

'This is our second stay at this cosy little cabin it is in a great location for hiking and paddling. Kelli is a great host and promptly attends to any issues. The cabin is showing signs of age and could use a bit of maintenance. We hope to come back next year.'

'We were in Powell River to attend my grandsons final minor hockey tournament (U18 Stars) and couldn’t have selected a better place to stay! Jenn & Sean were great hosts and our accommodations were the Best. With early morning rises and many trips back and forth to the rink, we felt right at home with the comfy beds, stunning views and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. 'Walking distance to great cafes, fresh scallops from the fisherman and a nice ocean front park. The unit was spotless and super well equipped with everything you need to cook almost anything. Felt like being home. In the summer the deck would be lovely.'

'We were hopeful this would be an interesting place to stay but ran into several issues with the property and manager. On the plus side, the location is great and the view is nice. On the negative side: the property is exposed to the ferry dock and the marina office with minimal sound proofing, both are very loud in the day and night time. The whole place was dirty. The place is sparsely furnished with some broken furniture, the sheets were uncomfortable and pilled sheets, there were no duvets...

'Amazing beach! Brand new property! Nice view, ocean and mountains. Very very well equipped with Kitchen tools. Patio, fire table, and BBQ are great for this beachside townhouse. April 2024 - Landscaping and some minor construction on other townhouses still being complete. There is ev charging next to the unit. '

'The property is lovely, the house top-notch with very comfy accoms for 2 couples +2 singles, and the kitchen fully stocked with all the mod cons (very picky detail: no hand mixer for making whipped cream, from a woman who travels with her own knives :P ). There are lots of activities in the near area and shops closeby. We booked for a restful christmas and were able to make a feast for 6 without issue, did some lovely (rainy and windy) walks, and enjoyed the wildlife. On the downside, we...

'De kamer was goed. Als je het raam opendoet, hoorden we een airco draaien op het dak vlak onder ons. Dat kan voor ‘s-nachts een probleem zijn. Het restaurant was voor het diner helemaal leeg. We zijn daarom naar de boardwalk gegaan waar we een goed restAurant troffen. Moxie,s een aanrader.'
