Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Prima slaap en badkamer, ook uitstekend ontbijt en locatie is op steenworp van het centraal station en Tivoli. Minpunt qua entertainment (was wel gecommuniceerd bij de receptie bij inchecken: niet alle streaming diensten werken (o.a. Netflix maar ook NPO app deed het niet). Minder was de restaurant diner service: het eten zelf was prima maar service kwam niet checken en na lang wachten ben ik zelfs van tafel moeten gaan om een ober aan te spreken dat ik wilde afrekenen. De receptie heeft dat wel netjes opgelost met uitchecken (korting voor het ongemak).

Firstly, thank you for the review and I would like to apologize for the issue you have highlighted. The Radisson Collection Royal Hotel is a pioneer in numerous regards. It’s the world’s first design hotel and the only hotel by renowned designer and architect Arne Jacobsen, making it the true home of Danish modernism. Constructed in 1960, the building still dominates the city skyline, and has been completely refurbished the last year to offer an up to date, modern and contemporary look. The entire Team Royal is extremely proud of the hotel and work very hard to ensure that all our guests receive excellent service in a hotel that offers contemporary and design surroundings and facilities that focus on memorable experiences. I am sorry to hear that we did not live up to your expectations but we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future in order to show you what a stay at the Royal should and can be like! The concierge (specifically the jovial 71-year-old gentleman) was extremely helpful and very engaging, one of the best I've experienced in my more than 3 decades of global travels. The hotel is exactly as I remembered it 7 years ago during my first stay, kudos to the team for maintaining it well up to this day!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind außerordentlich freundlich empfangen worden. Die Aussicht ist super im 13 Stock. Man ist Nahe der Innenstadt. Direkt beim Tivoli Garten und am Bahnhof. Perfekte Lage um Kopenhagen kennenzulernen !

Very poor value
Very poor value. Rooms were too hot to sleep even with the air con at the lowest setting. My colleagues who stayed here complained about this too. Breakfast is of poor quality. Cheap coffee. Fresh fruit - only pineapples, melons and cheap grapes. Omelette made to order is made from a mixture out of pre-made carton and probably full of UPFs. I felt unwell after eating it. Luckily, bread herring and salmon were great. Dinner was expensive and not the best ingredients one would expect at this price. For the room rates they charge one would expect at least 4 star service, not 2.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen in Bahnhofsnähe. Geräumige Zimmer im dänischen Design. Ein Frühstück Buffet , das den Namen verdient. Sehr nettes Personal überall. Komme gerne wieder.

Utmärkt vistelse med mycket bra bemötande i receptionen (Ulrika). Städningen bör skärpas. Se bild på fjärrkontrollen som inte rengjorts på länge.

Pongwut, Talingchan

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Nice hotel close to Copenhagen central station. Hotel is spacious and is a tallest building in this city. Staffs are nice and attentive. Room are spacious but bed mattress needs to be replaced. Breakfast options are excellent. Very convenient walking around and get to hotel from airport by train is very easy.
