Het is een mooi, goed en leuk hotel. Top lokatie midden in het centrum. En wat uniek is dat het hotel al meer dan 100 jaar oud is maar heel goed wordt onderhouden. Van binnen is het modern maar ze laten wel het ouderwetse uniekheid liggen. En dat maakt dit hotel zo bijzonder

Nice breakfast, room big but quality of furniture, curtains and carpet average, service at the desk not always up to standard. Good position in town is nice. Problem with water on one morning during our stay: no flushing of toilet possible or taking a shower. Cleaning room on request because of 'eco-friendliness'. Sounds poor in my opinion. The hotel is okay, but will look for another hotel next time in Copenhagen.

It’s an older hotel, it was very nice. The check in was a little difficult and it’s not their fault, or ship unloaded early and we just left our luggage, but they were very accommodating. The staff was friendly morning. Breakfast was great.

Property was beautiful, and the room was nice. However, the bed gave us the worst night's sleep of our whole trip (and this was our last night). The bed was the smallest "double" I've ever seen, with rolling sides to the mattress. I slipped off several times during the night. The covers were 2 separate narrow duvets that also kept slipping off. Had we had a decent bed, this would have been a grand experience.

L’hôtel est agréable, propre et bien géré. Le personnel est très agréable et sympathique. Quelques petits problèmes d’insonorisation mais c’est pas étonnant car l’immeuble est ancien. Très contente de mon service.

Historic property in the perfect location. Steps away from everything and a very short walk from the train. From the airport to my room in sub 20 minutes. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast.

We had a great one-night stay at the Scandic Palace Hotel. The location was excellent, right next to a metro stop and Tivoli Gardens. It is so walkable to every site in the city center. The staff was also friendly and the included breakfast was generous and very good. One thing to know is that you can hear the bells ringing until midnight at least, and then again in the morning. It did not bother us much though. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a convenient stay in a historic building!

Convenient location, steps away from the metro and central train station. Near Tivoli and not too far from Nyhavn. Clean hotel, decent size rooms. We had a fridge and tea kettle. Tap water is drinkable. Love the deep bathtubs. Just a sliding frosted glass door for the bathroom so not much privacy if you are sharing the room. Great buffet breakfast, lots of variety. Stayed for 6 nights, would stay again.

Struttura situata nel centro cittadino, comoda alla metro ed alle vie adicenti del centro piene di negozi, bar e ristoranti. Il letto della camera standard è piccolo (una piazza e mezzo) per due persone, e poi era un divano letto con i classici copriletto singoli, divisi. Scomodo il materasso ed i cuscini. La pulizia della camera è su richiesta e prenotazione tramite sito internet: se vado in hotel, pretendo che la camera venga sistemata e cambiati gli asciugamani TUTTI i giorni, altrimenti vado in un B&B! La colazione dovrebbe essere più variegata nella parte "dolce", cerano solo i croissant e waffel (che dovevi cucinarti da solo). Tutto sommato per 3 notti non è stato del tutto malaccio, anche se c'è tanto da migliorare!

There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel my stay here was perfect from start to finish. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast were also helpful and friendly always smiling. The room was clean and tidy and well equipped. Loved the position of the hotel too right in the centre of everything.

The Star goes to the wonderful location the hotel is in. After that, everything is negative. The hotel tries to fleece your money if you just happen to arrive 1 hour early for an early checkin - they mentioned the room was available, but that would incur almost 30 EURO change if I opted for early checkin. We experienced the same during check out day, my father is disabled, we requested 2 extra hours check out and were advised its 30 EURO per hour. They do offer you to bag tag so you can leave your bag in an unsecure room however upon bag collection, they just let you go in the unsecure room unattended to collect your bags and the bag tag then becomes irrelevant as you could swipe other bags. The breakfast has sloppy eggs, most of the items had been cooked for a while and was not at optimal temperature. They provide breads to cut but no toaster, for that you have to hand your bread to the chef, who takes it and has a hidden toaster, you have to keep hovering around as they don't deliver it back to your table. Poor. The issues I believe arise from the hotel chain. The staff at reception were wonderfully pleasing. It's the ridiculous policies. The room wasn't cleaned to standard also which I want to make note of. We also discovered that you have to book your breakfast slot and cleaning slot 24 hours before. The whole point of a trip away is to be stress free but the policies at this hotel only gives you stress.

We are sorry to learn that you felt like we were trying to steal money from you. Rooms are available from 03:00 PM on the arrival day and until noon on departure day. It is an additional service if one would like to check in earlier or have the room later. With that comes an additional cost. We give all our guests the option to to choose if they would like to have access to the room earlier or if they would like to wait until the confirmed time. All guests are welcome to store their luggage with us, well knowing that it is their own responsibility if something might happen to the luggage, such as damage etc. We are very sorry that you felt like this trip caused you more stress than relaxation.
