Geen restaurants in de buurt maar centrum is op wandelafstand. Wij hadden mooi zicht op het water vanuit de kamer.

Uitstekend hotel op 10 minuten lopen van het centraal station en 15 minuten van het centrum van Kopenhagen. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn zeer schoon en zeer netjes, wel erg klein en geen tafel om aan te werken. Bedden zijn aan de korte kant als je langer bent dan 1.90m en erg zacht matras. Verder pluspunt is de aanwezigheid van meer dan voldoende stopcontacten op diverse plekken in de kamer. Ontbijt is een aanrader, uitgebreid en vers. Ik zou dit hotel zeker weer boeken en beveel het aan voor anderen.

Mooi, modern en schoon hotel met ruime kamers in Scandinavische stijl. Het hotel is wat rustiger gelegen nabij het centrum van de stad en vlak bij het water. Het is op loopafstand van het centraal station en in de nabijheid is ook een bushalte aanwezig. Het ontbijt (lopend buffet) was verder goed.

Prima hotel, goede ligging
Hotel is erg groot, typisch ingericht voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten en dergelijke, dat vind je ook terug in publiek van hotel. Opvallend vonden wij dat je moet aangeven of je wilt dat kamer schoongemaakt wordt, vanuit ecologisch oogpunt mooi, maar je betaald voor volledige service..... Ontbijt is prima, wel erg druk, en erg rommelig. kamers zijn prima, groot, faciliteiten zijn prima, met 1 kleine kanttekening, de TV heeft alleen maar scandinavische en 3 duitse zenders, je zou verwachten dat BBC word of CNN ook beschikbaar is.

Degelijk hotel, netjes en vrij nieuw. Erg druk bij het ontbijt en we hebben nergens in Kopenhagen duurder gegeten dan de eerste avond in het hotel.

Mooi nieuw hotel met een goede ligging t.o.v. het centrum. Ruime kamers en een goed ontbijt. Weinig tv-zenders , alleen Deense en Duitse. Kamer wordt alleen schoongemaakt als je er om vraagt. Dit geldt ook voor het verwisselen van de handdoeken.

This hotel is about a year old and still looks very clean and new. Our superior room on the 5th floor (room 5206) was spacious and comfortable - the mattress could be firmer but that’s really a personal preference. The breakfast has a large selection of options and is very tasty. The location is fine, close to transport options and about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. The hotel seems to be very popular with tour groups, so the lobby, elevators and breakfast buffet are often very busy. The bathroom in the room is fine but it does not have any ventilation, so everything gets moist rather quickly. Also, the air conditioning settings are very limited and when set below 20°, it makes a low but constant whistling sound. The staff was mostly helpful but contact with the front desk was difficult and on one occasion when we called down, we were left on hold for 10 minutes.

Room 5206 is a fantastic room with a great harbor view as well. I am sorry if you felt the mattress was not firm enough, but as you mention this is a personal preference. We appreciate the comment nonetheless and it has been forwarded as well. It is correct that during Summer we have a lot more leisure guests and therefore they often chose to eat at later times. I was a little disappointed that even though our room was available before the check in time, we had to pay for the “early” check in, which was only a fee hours before. The hotel gave us the option to leave our luggage in their locker, in case we didn’t wanted to pay for check in earlier, but the locker was also paid - which was also disappointing, we never saw a hotel charge for that before. The member of the staff that told us we could leave our luggage there didn’t informed us that we would have to pay for it, and we were only aware about that after we walked all the way to the lockers. There was no bathroom mat also. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was really good, with a lot of options.

Regarding the luggage storage, it is due to the fact it is safer for the guests to store it in a locker, The locker is locked and can only be opened with the guest(s) debit/credit cards. The hotel does not have any responsibility over lost items at the luggage area. It is correct, that the early check in has an additional cost. You are always welcome to book through our own website. The staff were polite and welcoming. Our room was quiet, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast options were extensive and the food delicious. The hotel is in a convenient location so we were able to walk to the city centre, Tivoli Gardens and the train station in about 10 minutes.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. You have to book a slot. So many options and it’s constantly being restocked. Our room was brilliant and just like in the photos. Really pleased with it. The hotel is in front of a busy road and at times felt quite noisy at night not with constant traffic but lorries rattling by. There is not too many places to eat on your doorstep you need to walk a little way to get to more life. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

God frokost, hyggelig betjening. Litt stort og upersonlig. Dårlig logistikk i matsalen ift. juice, hvor det var kun en (litt bortgjemt) stasjon for dette, så det ble mye kø. Kun begrensete perioder hvor barn kunne bade i bassenget, og ingen endring ift. dette selv i påsken.
