The apartment spans the entire first floor and features four stylish bedrooms, two bathrooms, and generous living areas — providing comfortable sleeping space for up to 10 guests. The Space:
A TOUR OF THE PLACE
From the charming Gråbrødretorv square, you step through a beautiful historic gate and find the staircase on your left. The apartment is located on the first floor of this listed building, welcoming you directly into the striking “yellow” dining room. Here, a bold striped ceiling and warm tones create a unique atmosphere, with a large table that comfortably seats 10. French balcony doors open towards the quiet inner courtyard, adding a touch of elegance and light.

To the left, you’ll find the spacious living room, designed for relaxation with a cozy corner sofa, a 50" TV, and a stunning oversized replica of Gustav Klimt’s The Kiss as a focal point. From here, the master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, featuring a king-size bed, fluffy hotel duvets and a pillow selection.

Back through the dining room, the second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed. A hallway leads to the sleek, modern kitchen — outfitted with white cabinetry, a small stove, oven, full-size fridge, freezer, and everything you need to cook and entertain.

The two full bathrooms, accessed through a small hallway, are finished in striking terrazzo tiles and equipped with quality fittings. Beyond the kitchen, a dedicated dressing and makeup room adds a luxurious touch, connecting to two additional bedrooms — one with a king-size bed, the other with two singles. A stylish daybed unfolds into two extra single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.
