This is our third time staying at Passage Point. Although we love the location, this condo was our least favorite. It is in need of cleaning, updating, and furniture to make it rental friendly. The mattress in the second bedroom was so soft and uncomfortable that our 12 year old son couldn’t even sleep on it. After two nights of waking with back pain and taking ibuprofen, he decided to sleep on the upper bunk. I will warn, the ladder up to it is not easy or recommended for children without help from an adult. The pillows in the master bedroom were so old/thin that you have to fold them in half and stack them three high. When I stripped the bed upon checking out, one was ripped and stuffing falling out. Although there are plenty of cupboards in the unit, every single one is crammed with unnecessary dishes. Does a 2-bedroom unit really need 20-30 coffee mugs? As an owner of two ski homes in New England, I would suggest freeing up some cupboard space for guests to store their food items. The carpets are in desperate need of cleaning. The master bathroom shower door does not close properly. Also, we did not realize that this unit is directly over the parking garage doors and the view is of that and Route 70. The small humidifier does not work. Neither bedroom has a dresser. We stayed in this unit for two weeks. I would recommend it for a weekend away, but not for a vacation or extended stay.
