Handig om snel bij de Eurotunnel te zijn
Dit hotel geborkt om lekker snel bij de Eurotunnel te zijn. En dat was ook zo, binnen 5 minuten reden we de trein op. Ik boek alleen hotels 4 sterren hotels, voor een 4 sterren hotel niet erg goed. Vraag me af hoe het naastgelegen 3 sterren hotel dan wel niet zou moeten zijn geweest. In ieder geval goede bedden!

Ruime kamer en vriendelijk onthaal
Heel vlotte check-in, ruime kamer met frigo , microgolfoven , aparte toilet . Badkamer met ligbad én douche. Kortom niks op aan te merken. Net over het hotel is een winkelcentrum met veel keuze aan restaurantjes . Hotel gelegen vlakbij A16 dus ideaal voor een tussenstop .

Uitstekend hotel als stop voor of na de Eurotunnel
Goed hotel met goede service voor een stop voor of na de Eurotunnel. Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen nabij de shoppingmall. Kamers zijn zeer goed uitgerust met nespresso apparaat en gratis minibar. Goede bedden! Ontbijt is aan te raden. Geen restaurant maar in de omgeving zijn er zeer veel. Vriendelijk personeel

Aangenaam. Slechts twee opmerkingen: Spijtig dat de wind vibreerde op het dak en wat nachtlawaai gaf. En spijtig dat het ontbijt niet een topper was. Maar ook niet slecht, gewoon matig voor een Novotel.

Mooie grote comfortabele en nette kamer
De staff was heel vriendelijk, we konden vroeger dan afgesproken inchecken (11u), de kamer was heel ruim, heel erg netjes. Vlak in de buurt is een shopping center (met heel veel eetgelegenheid maar niks gezelligs), zelfs een cinema complex en de chunnel check in. Ideaal dus als je naar of van Engeland gaat/komt. Het ontbijt was heel lekker, de keuze ruim, ook gezond! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Dicht bij de Tunnel naar Engeland
Wij vinden het hotel prima!Het ontbijt vonden wij niet zo'n succes zou ik ook niet meer boeken bij een Novotel. Er was ook geen restaurant in dit hotel aanwezig en bij het boeken hadden wij daar speciaal om gevraagd en zou wel aanwezig zijn.Maar in de omgeving genoeg restaurantjes aanwezig.

Great find - prefect for shopping trip
Really nice hotel, ideally located for Cite Europe shopping trip. Don't be put off by the external appearance inside it's very comfortable and welcoming. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The only slight downside was the the accessible room just had a hand rail next to the toilet and not the additional pull down bars for support on both sides. Overall thought the room was very comfortable and easy access for someone with poor mobility.

Excellent stay
We stayed here twice and had a great stay with our two year old. Nothing was too much trouble from the attentive staff. We enjoyed the room and the dividing curtain that helped us all get a nice sleep in the comfy beds.

Good hotel in a great area.
The location is fantastic you have the shopping Center just 5 to 10 minutes working and the euro tunnel terminal passenger is 10 minutes away. The hotel is clean inside and the surrounding also. The receptionists were fantastic. Our family suite was neat but the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Therefore, we had to open the window for fresh air and autumn cold wind but the noise of certain clients disturbed our sleep. Nevertheless, we had a good experience from this hotel and we will definitely recommend it

On site parking; a few minutes drive from eurotunnel. Walking distance to places to eat. Good sized, comfortable, clean family room. Staff all very pleasant and welcoming. Good breakfast. A convenient place for overnight stay on way back home.

Came for one night only with 2 kids. Nice large room, beds comfortable and quiet environment. Did not take the breakfast option as a little pricey. Close to a large mall so plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel was well priced and close to the tunnel. It was a large clean room and the amenities were good. Not as bad as i thought it was going to be.

Convenient overnight stay
Stayed here for the convenience for the tunnel first thing in the morning. Handy having the mall for dinner and somewhere to stretch your legs. The staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room itself very dated and lots of stains. We were travelling with our pet rabbit so needed a pet friendly room and air conditioning. For this reason the room did smell like wet dog. The air con helped cover it. The carpet, seats, lamp etc all were covered in stains. The bathroom feels like a bathroom on a boat. Nothing wrong with that though. Just different and a little quirky. Few hairs found and even a chunk of food I think bread on the floor. Definitely wouldn’t say this hotel is 4 star
