'I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! '

'I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. I forgot my phone charger and the guy behind the counter provided me one to borrow for the night. The room was clean and did the job. The only bad part was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable. 'Big clean room (2 queens) bumpy bed. With fridge and tv. Breakfast was very good. Wafels and pancake maker also English breakfast. But the service is very bad! Bath tap kept running, made 3 time's a complain. Everytine is was new and agsin promisses to send maintanance. He/she never came. 3 nights sleep with a running bathtap is no pleasure I can tell you. No cleaning of the room. When I asked they would clean by 2 days. It was 2 days and then sudden oh then it is 3.... I can make my own...

'Room was infested with ants. We kindly asked the front desk to spray. We stayed two days and when we left the ants were coming out of my purse and my sweater and suitcase. At the restaurant we had ants crawling on the table. At the hospital ants were crawling out of my bag. '

'The breakfast area was big and plenty of food. The room was cleanish. I noticed some hard crusty stains on the carpet. The window was covered in a dirty film substance. Plus the TV didn't connect to the infinity box, I had to unplug and plug it back in multiple times. The pool area looked great and had a huge slide and a little splash 1 foot pool area. Staff is very helpful and friendly. '

'I was disappointed to learn there’s a $25 fee to park here, when I checked in the front desk staff said parking is listed under amenities, I didn’t think to check there for hidden fees, if I pay extra that’s not an amenity to me. Otherwise stay was good. '

'The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet.'

'Stayed here watching our grandsons hockey games at the Blaine Sports arena. Close stay to the arena, good restaurants close by. Nice coffee, espresso , cappuccino machine in lobby. Good pools hours that gave our grandkids time to swim Good breakfast assortment. '

'Clean and spacious with big windows and bathtub. All of which puts this as one of my "goto" places . Really liked it here. Quite, kid-friendly and great location to get out and explore. '
