Thank you for your review, first of all I apologize and I would also like to tell you that we had a boiler breakdown that night. I tried by all means to contact a technician and due to the hours, it was impossible. So I spent most of the night trying to fix the problem myself (I have no knowledge) reading manuals. By early morning the problem was already solved and there was hot water. So yes, a lot was done.

Olá André Luís,Lamentamos que a sua estadia no nosso hotel não tenha sido totalmente satisfatória. Espero que tenham gostado da cidade e do seu Património. Quanto à deficiência de Ar Condicionado, é rara. É possível que eles estivessem tentando ligar o interruptor antigo de quando o sistema era centralizado. Esse não funciona...você só consegue ouvir o ventilador. Todos os quartos possuem máquina de ar condicionado individualizada, podendo regulá-la ao seu gosto.De resto, verificaremos como sempre, diariamente, possíveis odores incidentais.Saudações e muito obrigado pela sua visita e pelos seus comentários.

Salut, nous sommes désolés pour les problèmes de ventilation dans la salle de bain. Avez-vous discuté du problème avec le personnel afin que vous ayez pu essayer de résoudre le cas ? Peut-être que le mauvais temps (vent et pluie ce jour-là) a causé une odeur provenant des égouts de la région.Nous sommes désolés. Nous espérons que vous avez passé une bonne visite de la ville.

Agradecemos este anónimo comentario. Sin más detalles no podemos comentar el tamaño de la habitación reservada, ya que existen diferentes tipos. En cuanto al desayuno, hacemos con mucho cariño el zumo natural de naranja y un plato con 5 variedades de fruta (kiwi, melón, sandía, piña y uva). Nuestros clientes pueden repetir el café y las tostadas que deseen. Al precio de 7 es difícil encontrar "calientes" (huevos, bacon..) o jamón. Mantequilla, mermeladas, miel, patés (york e ibérico), nocilla, aceite y tomate son las opciones para las tostadas. Respecto a la localización, nuestro hotel familiar se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila y lejos del bullicio y contaminación del Centro. Nuestros clientes, imaginamos que localizan en el plano dónde nos encontramos antes de hacer la reserva en función de sus necesidades y prioridades (parking incluido, tranquilidad, naturaleza, cercanía del personal..)Gracias por su tiempo para valorar su estancia
