'Photos on Travcelocity are totally deceiving, the location is not close to the beach or ocean. It is not possible to walk to a beach or safe to walk to the ocean. It is located close to a lot of restaurants as it is situated in the Korean English School area. The room condition was good and clean. The building condition was a bit run-down. Did not like having to walk through the underground parking area (stinky, dark, hot) just to get out of the building. The pool was big and the patio was...

'This is a condo that is being subleased. The key is sitting in a mailbox. There is security, Good Hot Water, & internet as well as a smart TV with Netflix however the room is dirty with no soap in the shower. '

Price is right approx. $35.00 The tenant are are mixed with expats and locals younger generation. Long wait for elevators, one is always broken. Elevators Smell like sewage or could be natural gas leak. If you can pass the elevators smells. It's ok, I'll stay again because of the price and location. '

'DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Everything was terrible. They sent is to the wrong building twice for check-in (dragging kids and luggage from building to building.). Rooms don’t match description, shower flooded, rooms too small for luggage, room unprepared upon arrival, non-functional internet, broken cabinets, thin and worn out mismatched towels, and a collection of 10 keys all put together without annual labels, apparently one for each cabinet, bathroom, entry, etc. I mean this place was terrible...
