'I loved the concept. However, it was a muddy mess to get back there. I don’t mind mud but you can’t carry everything back with you. I think they could put a path way with wood berms or hravel. I fell and slid in mud so walking back with a clean change of clothes impossible because your most definiy gonna fall i. the mud. loved the animals though'

'Elsa's is a wonderful place to stay if you are traveling to Prospect Harbor. It is a quaint building with beautiful rooms. But what made our stay spectacular was Gail. She is absolutely amazing. She gave us lots of great ideas about sites to see during our visit. She makes delicious breakfasts. And she's just so much fun to talk to. We wanted to bring her home with us! We will definitely come back for another stay as soon as possible.'

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock!'

It was very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed!
Easy to communicate!
The view of the water and Down East coastline was especially spectacular from the upstairs bedroom.
The property is private and safe!

'Pretty decent accommodation in a great location. The mattress was a bit worn and sagging a bit, but that wasn’t a big issue. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the location was quiet at night. Thank you.'
