The studio is located in the atmospheric Campiello area, within walking distance of Corfu Old Town and landmarks such as Spianada Square and the Old Fortress of Corfu. The nearest beach, Faliraki Beach, is about a 5-minute walk away, while the main bus station is roughly 7 minutes on foot. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00; if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner, and check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet. A 24/7 concierge service is available to assist guests with planning, recommendations, and any needs during their stay.
