  • Roda Park Villa is een prachtig en romantisch privé-retraite gelegen in het vriendelijke dorpsoord Roda. Nieuw gebouwd volgens zeer hoge normen, het biedt privacy en afscheid maar is nog steeds slechts 5 minuten lopen naar zowel het strand als het dorp met zijn uitstekende restaurants en winkels. In de eigen aantrekkelijke tuinen is de villa ideaal voor groepen tot 6 personen. Het biedt 2 slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping, elk met eigen toilet, douche en beide met balkons. De begane grond biedt een slaapkamer (met rolstoelvriendelijke en-suite douche en toilet), een grote badkamer, open keuken / eetkamer en zitkamer (met slaapbank, voor kinderen). De villa is volledig uitgerust, satelliet T. V en Wi-Fi internetverbinding. Het interieur is stijlvol ingericht en vormt een lichte, ontspannen en informele sfeer. De villa heeft de omgevingstemperaturen in de gehele omgeving, die kan worden gecontroleerd naargelang het weer en maakt dit ideaal om de villa het hele jaar door te gebruiken. Buiten is er een groot terras zithoek, 5m x 8m zwembad, met 6 ligbedden, 3 parasols, swing-seat, barbecue, buiten eetgelegenheden en prive parking. De villa is gehandicaptenvriendelijk, met goede voorzieningen voor rolstoelgebruikers.

Amazing villa, amazing holiday!

We stayed in this amazing villa for a week as a family of 7, 3 adults and 5 teenagers. A peaceful location away from the main road but only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Roda with shops, bars and restaurants and about 10 mins to the beach. The villa is just perfect with everything you could wish for and more, including dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, plenty of pots, pans and serving dishes and with 5 teenagers the 4 bathrooms were a huge plus. Outside it was wonderful to have our own private pool (which was also a very good size) with crystal clear water and plenty of comfortable sun loungers as well as places to sit in the shade. The wonderful owners and their family could not do enough to help and were always on call if we needed them. I must also add how spotlessly clean the villa is and how well kept the grounds are. Voula and her family constantly working to keep it this way. Having stayed in many places in Roda over the past 30+ years, this is by far the best. Can't recommend this viila enough, if you're thinking about it, then book it now. A perfect family holiday, cant wait to go back!

Stunning villa

Roda Park Villa is the best holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in and is highly recommended. It is so good that I have stayed there twice now and have booked to return next year. Everything within the villa is of the highest standard and it is spotlessly clean. The private pool area and the gardens are very well maintained. Great for a barbecue or two! The owners, Voula and Kostas, are very hospitable and always available for help if ever you need them. One of the big advantages of staying at this villa is that whilst it is in a private and peaceful location, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and to the village of Roda which has a variety of shops and good restaurants, one of which is the Roda Park Restaurant, the best in Roda in my opinion, and there you will be welcome, served excellent food and be very well looked after.

Worth every penny

First things first - the photographs do not show you how big this villa is! I have been coming to Roda for over 20 years and have stayed in 10 different apartments within the resort - this is by far the best! We stayed in this villa in mid April for a week. The first thing that really stands out about this villa is the size and space you have - the second, is everything has been thoroughly thought through in terms of what you would need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could think of to enjoy cooking and entertaining (if you have friends in the same resort you could happily invite them round) the coffee machine and blender were a nice touch and the little welcome basket was fantastic! The bedrooms have more wardrobe space then you can use, we had 4 girls in our group and a lot of outfits and shoes to store....we didn't struggle! The bathrooms all have powerful showers, with plenty of hot water for all and hairdryers are provided at every dressing table in the bedrooms. The Bath is deep and so rare to find in the resort - perfect for relaxing after a "hard day" of sunbathing or exploring the island. The lounge area was cosy and the pool side loungers are so comfortable you wont want to leave them. This villa is a little more expensive but I would advise anyone considering other alternatives to consider what is important. At the Roda Park Villa you can enjoy your stay in a quiet location but still be only 5 minutes away from everything that Roda has to offer....If travelling to the resort with friends then it actually works out more cost effective then having 2/3 small apartments/ studios. You save on paying out on expensive poolside drinks and snacks (the supermarkets packed with everything you need) you avoid daily sunbed charges that you pay at the beach and you don't have to worry about compromising on baggage by packing items such as irons or hairdryers - with the washing machine you can even avoid the dreaded post holiday washing marathon and do it the day before you leave! It would easily work for 3 couples or 4 adults with 3 children without feeling cramped at all. An absolute Gem in a fab location - if you are planning your next trip then I highly recommend the Roda Park Villa be your next holiday home!

What a great experience!!

Roda Park Villa is located at a quite place, with its own private pool and a lovely garden. Inside is even better! It has lovely furniture, tastefull and modern, Spacious bedrooms, lovely and clean bathrooms. The owners were very friendly and their hospitality was sensational! We had a great time and looking forward to coming next year.!

Fabulous villa

The villa had everything you could possibly need, in a quiet location 5 minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants, all the bedrooms had ensuite, a BBQ, sunbeds and fantastic pool. The owners were very helpful when we wanted some information about where to go in and around Corfu. We will be going again in the near future.

WOW. What better word can be used to describe the brand spanking new Roda Park Villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in the villa in June and we recommend that you try it as soon as possible. Dream as you will of a holiday home that has absolutely everything imaginable and Roda Park villa makes it a reality. From fully equipted kitchen area to enquire bedrooms. From disability friendly facilities to its own swimming pool with surrounding gardens. From its fully fitted bathrooms to its modernly furnished lounge. Fantastic holiday very relaxing

We have been visiting Roda for many years and always look forward to our holiday but this took our holiday to a new level. We were very fortunate in being only the second visitors to the villa. The villa has been planned, built and furnished with the keenest eye for detail to ensure that you have everything you could want from your holiday home. The villa is situated close to the centre of Roda just a short flat walk to village and beach. The outside space includes private pool, 6 sun loungers, table and 6 chairs, and bbq, the villa is new and the gardens are well planted but obviously still need time to become established. If you do hire a car there is a driveway with electronic gates. Once inside the villa we were delighted with the light airy feel. The lounge/dining and kitchen and furnished to a high standard the high ceiling and high windows which are a real feature. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/grill and hob, microwave not that we really used them with the choice of places to eat nearby. There is a downstairs bedroom with ensuite and access to the outside space. There is also a downstairs bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms both with ensuite and balcony the rooms also have feature vaulted ceilings. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the comfiest beds we have ever had abroad. We really can't recommend the villa enough we are already counting the 50 weeks to our next visit!
