Our luxury villa sleeps up to 7 people comfortably and is located 10 minutes walk from all amenities! (Including bars, beaches, shops and the famous strip of Sidari).

You can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay with complete privacy while everything you need is within walking distance.
Our fully gated residence is safe for kids (or adults!) to play around in our beautiful, landscaped garden while the parents can relax next to our brand new/private swimming pool!

By the pool, you will find comfortable sunbeds, a wonderful brick built-in BBQ you can use for your family gatherings, an outdoor shaded dining area and a patio with high quality garden furniture. The pool has an eco-friendly filtration system that doesn't need any chemicals.

Moving inside, on the ground floor, you will find 1 bathroom, 1 WC, an extra sofa bed, laundry room and a large fully equipped kitchen. An open space dining room and living room with comfortable sofas, where you can ‘Netflix and Chill’ (Smart TV and wifi is available). All areas have patio doors opening to the outside and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

On the upper floor, you can find the main bathroom and 3 double bedrooms - all with build it wardrobes and air-conditioning (included in the rental price) with 1 room giving you the choice of 2 single beds or 1 double!

Please note:
The price provided includes housekeeping service twice a week with change of linen and towels. (Additional clean, linen or towels can be provided at an extra cost). A 300 Euros refundable security deposit for damages is required upon your arrival in cash with an immediate return on your check out day.
