Kai Forà is a beautiful and characteristic vacation home in the heart of Corigliano d`Otranto, for stays in Grecìa Salentina, a few km from the sea and all the most beautiful places of Salento.
Completely renovated, the house is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave.
The vacation home is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Pets are allowed.

An ancient stone archway "a bugnato" introduces you to the lovely courtyard of the vacation home Kai Forà, a small corner of peace with plants, small table and chairs to relax in the coolness of the outdoors.
The interior reveals all the charm of an old house, returned to splendor thanks to a painstaking renovation, which has enhanced the vaulted ceilings, exposed stones, and precious elements such as the ancient pilozza that makes a fine display in the shower room.
The single room is furnished with a minimal-style open kitchenette with induction hob, dining table and chairs, wooden double bed, armchairs. It is request possible to add 1 bed.

Kai Forà vacation home in Grecìa Salentina is located in the historic center of Corigliano d`Otranto, a stone`s throw from the castle and all the main services.
It stands in the ZTL area with free parking nearby, about 200 meters. Corigliano is in the center of Salento, a privileged location that allows you to reach by car, in a few minutes, both the Ionian and the Adriatic beaches.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 5pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 5 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
