'Staff was great. Super friendly'

'I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.'

'Food was greasy and cold. Was told pool was heated. It wasn't only hot tub. Room was nice. Staff was OK until check out. We did make a mess on the sheet and it needed to be replaced. Staff was very rude about it and over charged on the deposit refund for 1 sheet. They thought 40 was an OK amount to keep. They said we made the towls dirty. We didn't. We came back from the pool area and whe floor was wet. We used a towel to dry and that is how dirty the floor was. We had to replace they key...

'Live life and enjoy my stay this hotel has very good staff and very good breakfast too.one thing that needs to change is refill the food and do not wait until another group wanted to eat..but more than that all is good.'

'Very very comfortable'

'Stained beds but got new sheets had to change rooms as air wasn’t working in one. 5/10'

'Albert is extremely rude and unprofessional 0.0 star rating for him . Need better management. Tonya was extremely helpful and has been when booking with motel 6 In ukiah. 10 star rating for her . Albert take customer service classes'

'The entire floor was sticky. The toilet would not flush. It overflowed once everywhere at 10 pm. The front desk person was very nice. They came and cleaned it and left a plunger. The shower was not easy to use. it took several tries and different attempts to get water that wasn’t scalding or ice cold. The property had trash everywhere. The employees were nice but the facilities were terrible.'

'Propere grote kamer. Douchestraal kon iets beter. Zwembad en bubbelbad: mooi en heel proper. Ontbijt was minder en weinig zitgelegenheid.'

'Could be much better. Not a warm welcome, no coffee available in the afternoon. Breakfast was no breakfast, just some bars and pre packed mini muffins. Room was ok. Wouldn’t stay again at this price point. '
