Tv remote had no batteries so tv wouldn’t come on. We asked staff for another remote and never received assistance! No telephone for service! Someone was screaming all night! 'I was very sceptical when I saw the neighborhood and the outside of the hotel,but once I checked in I was pleasantly surprised. Recently renovated rooms,very nice. The downside was the tissue which wasn't even 1ply and completely see through and even though the doors had a deadbolt, the extra lock at the top would have been a bonus. Bathroom was small but again big enough for me.It was quiet and peaceful.'
