In het hart van de Cèze vallei, tussen Uzès en Pont-St-Esprit, op 2 stappen van de Marmites van Roque sur Cèze, is een klein gehucht de thuisbasis van de Villa Matignonne met een mediterrane tuin van 2. 500 m2. Deze Provençaalse villa van hoge standing biedt 270 m2 woonoppervlak en comfort voor 12 personen. Het bestaat uit 3 onafhankelijke ruimtes met 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer, een kleedkamer en een apart toilet is een totaal van 6 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, 3 toiletten plus woonkamer en eetkamer van ca. 60 m2 begane grond met uitzicht op de tuin. Volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine, vaatwasser, dubbele koelkast, broodbakmachine, Nespresso. 3 grote flatscreen-tv's, 1 tv, satelliet, 4 dvd-spelers, meer dan 100 dvd's, hi-fi, piano, wii ... Provençaalse terracotta vloeren en design en functioneel meubilair. Ter ontspanning biedt de tuin twee verschillende plaatsen, één op het terras (gedeeltelijk in de schaduw) voor uw maaltijden, barbecue, teakhouten tuinmeubilair, de andere zonnig rond het zwembad beveiligd door een elektrische sluiter (12 x 6 m) omringd door een ruim strand van Luberon. In de zeer grote tuin, trampoline, tafeltennis, petanque, fietsen, kinderhut, glijbaan, portaal met schommels, zwembadspellen, etc. Tuin met fruitbomen zeer productief gedurende de zomer (peren, appels, pruimen, alle biologische). Geen dieren. Gratis en zonnig het hele jaar. 3 van de 157 mooiste dorpen in Frankrijk in de buurt. Week 2400 € tot 3. 600 €, afhankelijk van het seizoen. Alle comfort. Het huis is toegankelijk voor ouderen of moeilijk te beklimmen omdat het vanaf het terras te bereiken is.
BESCHIKBAAR VOOR WEEKENDS OOK (950 tot 1350 €). Het zwembad is operationeel en verwarmd vanaf eind juni. Verwarming aan de voorzijde is mogelijk tegen een toeslag. Eindschoonmaak is niet inbegrepen voor verhuur voor juli en augustus.

Zeer mooi en net verblijf!

We hebben erg genoten van onze vakantie in dit prachtige huis! Zeer ruim, netjes en op alles voorzien. We waren met 12 in totaal, 6 volwassenen en 6 kinderen en hadden nooit het gevoel dag er te weinig plaats was. Prachtige streek en de kinderen hebben vooral genoten van het zwembad en de rivier in het dorp. Een echte aanrader!

Très belle maison

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée.Les pièces sont claires, grandes.On s’y sent à l’aise,même à 11personnes Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la belle piscine, mais aussi la climatisation, car nous sommes tombés sur une semaine très,très chaude (34°) Nous avons tout de même fait quelques petites escapades car la région est très belle, avec de jolis villages très pittoresques

Séjour entre amis

Nous avons profité de la maison lors d’un séjour d’une semaine entre amis avec six adultes et six enfants. La maison est dans l’ensemble très fonctionnel. Petit bémol. Peut-être il faut un mobilier un petit peu vieillissant mais literie très bien. L’extérieur est super pour les enfants avec beaucoup de jeux. La piscine est très agréable avec un espace ombragé sous une pergola, et j’ai changé la communication avec le propriétaire sont très faciles ! Nous recommandons logement pour une location

Très bel endroit

Nous avons passé un très chouette moment en famille à la Matignonne. La maison et ses extérieurs ont tout le confort nécessaire. Les espaces de vie sont grands. La grande piscine a été très appréciée par tous. Sans aller très loin, nous avons pu profiter de visites très sympathiques : Goudargues, Roc sur Cèze et ses cascades, la Chartreuse de Valbonne.

Belle maison bien équipée adaptée à 3 familles

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la matignonne.La maison est très bien équipée pour les enfants et la piscine est immense.Les 3 espaces distincts sont très appréciables (Nous étions 3 couples d'amis).Petite précision pour les personnes cherchant le calme absolu,il y a un élevage de chiens à proximité de la maison donc parfois les chiens aboient.

vacances au grand air

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des avis, mais notre séjour a été tellement agréable que je n'hésite pas. Tout d'abord l'accueil a été des plus sympathiques pour nous montrer tout ce qui est utile dans la maison. Ensuite, l'architecture de cette maison. Nous étions 3 couples de jeunes retraités, la maison est conçue en 3 parties complètement indépendantes, constituées chacune de deux chambres, d'une salle de bain (avec bain et douche spacieuse) et d'un WC indépendant. Du coup, chaque couple a une intimité parfaite. Cuisine, salon et salle à manger, sont au centre de la maison et donnent sur la terrasse. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Manger dehors sur la terrasse est un must, le jardin est bien entretenu et les jeux pour enfants y sont nombreux même si cette fois-ci nous étions sans. Les environs sont très sympas avec le marché d’Uzes, l’aven d’orgnac et la Chartreuse de Valbonne ou un dîner à Goudargues le long du canal ou à Cornillon surplombant tout le vignoble. On reviendra sûrement un été avec les enfants car cette propriété est vraiment bien conçue, la piscine est très grande et le trampoline leur plaira sûrement. Bien vu l’Apple Tv et l’extendeur wifi pour couvrir toute la maison. Bien vu aussi les 2 laves vaiselles pour les familles nombreuses.

Maison très grande, fonctionnelle, propre et confortable dans une magnifique région!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à la Matignone! La région est magnifique. La descente de la Cèze est à ne pas manquer. La maison est très confortable et fonctionnelle. La cuisine top avec deux lave-vaisselles!! (pratique à 12). Nous étions trois familles et la maison permet que chacune dispose de deux chambres et d'une salle de bain. Les échanges ont été très efficaces avec un propriétaire bien organisé qui a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions. Sur place nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis par Cécile qui s'est montrée disponible, sympathique et qui a été très réactive pour répondre à nos questions.

Un écrin de verdure au calme

Nous avons passé le week-end de Pentecôte à 4 familles avec des enfants allant de 8 mois à 6 ans. Tout est adapté pour eux, la piscine sécurisée, de nombreux jouets partout dans la maison et à l'extérieur. A votre arrivée, vous êtes accueillis par Cécile, qui vous a préparé les glaçons et les plaids pour les soirée un peu fraiches. Des petits gestes qui font la différence. La maison est vraiment grande, nous n'avons jamais eu le sentiment d'être les uns sur les autres. Le groupe est unanime nous y retournerons! Merci M. Voinot et Merci Cécile, nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs et de trés belles photos de la région.

Fantastic property, excellent location, quality service

We've (three families) recently returned from a fantastic holiday in Cornillon. The booking process was very simple, Eric (the owner) answered questions very quickly and provided great information on the local area, including simple directions to the villa. The Villa is fantastic, it works really well for different families as the bedrooms are split into three different areas with their own (very large) bathrooms and toilet rooms, with a central living room, kitchen and dining room, although we never used it as there is a great outside seating area which is covered for shade. The quality of the equipment is very high and in very good condition. The pool is large and was used every day, plenty of space in the garden for games and space to relax in the sun. The local village of Goudarges is very pretty and vibrant (for a small village), with great cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakery and supermarket, along with markets on different days. There is lots to do in the local area, we enjoyed kayaking, visiting the caves, treetop adventure, walking to name a few. Alain (the local contact) showed us round the property when we arrived and also took the keys when we left, very good service and arrived in 30 minutes when we needed him (turned out it was me not doing it properly!). The security deposit was repaid very quickly (within two days of leaving) and the communication with Eric from start to finish has been great. I certainly recommend the villa.

We really liked staying at this house. The layout of the house worked well with the four families all having separate or private bathrooms off their bedrooms. The house is very well equipped, both in terms of sleeping accommodation and bathrooms but also in the kitchen and utility rooms. The communal areas are spacious and there is a large TV and comfortable sofas to watch it from. There is a big garden, well looked after with a swimming pool, table tennis, deck chairs, dining table and chairs, etc, etc. The location is great, the house is next to a couple of beautiful villages, Corillon and Goudargues with easy access to amenities, restaurants, shops, etc. In Goudargues we visited some of the nice restaurants and enjoyed the hospility of the people. Un joli week-end ensoleillé en famille

Nous avons choisi de passer un week-end prolongé dans cette jolie maison fidèle à la description et aux échanges avec le propriétaire en amont. Après 6h de route depuis Paris pour les uns et 50 minutes depuis la gare d'Avignon pour les autres, nous sommes accueillis par Cécile qui nous accompagne pour la découverte de la maison. Nous avons passé un weekend à 10, 6 adultes et 4 enfants de 2 à 10 ans. La maison est tout à fait adaptée pour des enfants car beaucoup de choses sont accessibles de plain-pied il y a 3 espaces principaux qui permettent à chacun d'avoir son intimité avec chambres à coucher et salles de bain. Une chose très appréciable dans cette location c'est que réellement tout est inclus par rapport à d'autres que nous avons pu faire. Je pense notamment au linge de lit, aux serviettes de bain et serviettes de piscine cela permet de se concentrer sur l'essentiel. Concernant les activités nous avons surtout profité du barbecue, de la terrasse, de la piscine evidemment. Quand aux enfants ils se sont beaucoup amusés avec le trampoline et les différents jouets présents dans la maison. Beautiful home in great southern France location!

We saw this home and loved the pictures online! The owners were very easy to deal with and were so helpful in providing information on the house and activities in the surrounding area. This property is amazing! We arrived to find a beautiful swimming pool on a property with lovely gardens and lavender bushes around the house. The house itself is very large, modern, lots of natural light and well equipped with all of the amenities. The layout is great as there are 3 separate sleeping areas in the home, allowing for multiple couples/families to be together while having a large open concept living and dining room. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids and so the house had many things to occupy them besides the swimming pool-a trampoline, swing set, soccer/ other outdoor toys and bicycles to explore the nearby vineyards and villages. There are a ton of French books and movies to suite all ages-you don't need to bring anything. It have our kids an opportunity to practice their French! It is so peaceful and relaxing to be at this place. We ate all of meals outside in the covered terrace and saw the stars at night. There are so many great places to explore nearby from this house. We had a quick question about the swimming pool and the caregiver of the house arrived quickly within a few minutes and answered our question. He was vey helpful and responsive. We are already planning to come back from Canada in 2 years. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Fantastic House in lovely area!!

Fantastic, lovely house in a wonderful area, very relaxing. The owners and Alain were very friendly and helpful and the house was perfect for our needs, suitable for those with children and without. Our 2 year old daughter had a wonderful time, a fantastic range of toys for them, especially in the garden, the Wendy house, trampoline and little car were a big hit!! We all really enjoyed ourselves, enjoying some special meals on the lovely terrace and some great trips around the local area. We especially enjoyed meeting Fabiola at the local vineyard, a lovely lady and fantastic wine! We would love to come back, the house and facilities are fantastic. Great house, fantastic location and great owners, can definitely recommend!

Excellent lieu de vacances en famille avec enfants

Maison très sympa, fonctionnelle, très bien construite. Les enfants et nous étions ravis.Grande piscine bien protégée et grand jardin avec des jeux. Très beaux villages aux environs;Ballade en kayak de plusieurs heures à 2km; C'était en effet un excellent moment pour nous tous. On reviendra. On recommande cette maison

Le design de la maison es...

Le design de la maison est superbe avec espaces privées et collectifs, idéale pour des vacances familiales et un paradis pour les enfants : piscines, vélos, trampoline, balançoires, jeux de sociétés, buts de football, riche librairie DVD … Maison vaste et très soignée avec beaucoup d’ attention aux détails. Riche activités autour de la maison : le fleuve du Cèze à 20 minutes à pied, le village très pittoresque de Goudargues à 30 minutes à pied, canoé sur la Cèze, ballade chevaux camarguais dans la nature.

"Maison très confortable ...

"Maison très confortable et fonctionnelle avec plusieurs salles de bains, grandes chambres parentales, toilettes, dressing indépendants, grand jardin clos. Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants. Cette maison est le rêve tant pour les enfants que pour les parents qui sont tranquilles car les enfants jouent sans relâche et sans être dérangeants pour nous! Très beaux villages environnants et descente de la rivière de la Céze en Kayak à 10 minutes. Propriétaires accueillants. Piscine, trampoline, vélos, pétanque, ping pong, nombreux jeux, bbq, Nous recommandons cette maison."

"Nice and very comfortabl...

"Nice and very comfortable house for 12 in the middle of the Cote du Rhone vineyards. Very functional. Ideal property for several families. We liked the three independent sections of the house and the large garden. We enjoyed the region with several beautiful villages around (La Roque sur Cèze, Uzès). Their "house manual" contains a great deal of activities around. We will come back during summer vacations. Kids friendly house and fantastic swimming pool!"

"Superbe villa pour idéale en famille et entre amis. Encore mieux équipée que dans l'annonce (super le trampoline pour les enfants) et vraiment proche de plages sympas sur la cèze ou dans l'ardèche. Propriétaires très accueillants"
