Romantic getaway
Didn’t realize we did not have a private bathroom. Overall the hosts were awesome once we got past the shock of where it was located and lack of having our own bathroom.

Beautiful property
The property was beautiful, and the room was cozy. The shared bathroom part was a little uncomfortable but for a 1 night stay was manageable. The only actual complaint was that there wasn't a TV in the room which my husband found very frustrating, especially on the the night on World Series game 1.

Thank you for your review, Jessica. We don't list TVs in our amenities and they aren't in the pictures. However, in the room it says let us know, if you need anything. We would have brought up a TV. We focus on providing a peaceful, quiet retreat from everyday life which is why we don't have TVs. I'm sorry for the frustration. The shared bath is in the listing. We have two other rooms with private bathrooms. Thanks, again.

Hidden gem
This is a hidden gem in a perfect setting. The property owner is very kind, even took the time to personally walk us to our room when we arrived and when we were unable to connect to wifi again the owner personally attented to us and made sure we got connected. The property is beautifully maintained. Perfect setting for romantic getaway. Nestled is a quait little town with great shops and food.

Beautiful little spot!
This place is wonderful! The room was plenty of space, especially if you’re not spending a lot of time in the room, the bed was comfy, and the property is so peaceful and unique. We saw the alpacas several times, and sat outside and stargazed both nights of our trip. Everything was clean, it was quiet, and people were friendly. It’s worth noting that the bathroom is community- the three rooms share the toilet and sink/shower. But I never had a problem getting in to use it. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!!

I expect coffee, a working coffee maker, and more than granola @ a B&B. Room ok, loved the Alpacas, & the wine. Owner is a far better musician than B&B operator!

Thank you for leaving a review. We have changed the listing to Lodging as we are not a traditional B&B. We offer complimentary organic granola, soy milk and fruit. It's a shame you didn't mention your difficulties with the coffee maker or other concerns when you were here, we would have been happy to assist you.

Comfy room in lush area not far from Sedona
My husband and I stayed here for one night after camping in Sedona. It was only about a 20 minute drive from our campsite and was in a nice, lush, green area. If you stay here, you MUST check out the waterfalls nearby, only about 1 mile away. The hosts can tell you exactly how to get there and it is so worth the visit--absolutely stunning!! The room and bathroom were very clean and just what we needed for the night. Would definitely recommend!

Ranch - winery B&B - awesome!
I own half-dozen homes in Sedona - - vac rentals -- and had to stay here since they were all rented and had just finished some maintenance on them. This place was awesome to arrive to and drop off my duffel bag and sort of hopscotch down winery row in Page Springs/Sedona (wineries start about 2 miles down the road I'm thinking). Leon, the B&B owner, is a Delta Blues rhythm guitarist and vocalist and ethnomusicologist who (I was lucky) was featured that night at Sound Bites in Sedona. So I got to go hear him play and sing and tell stories. When I arrived back, there was a fiance couple sitting by a nice bonfire in front of the house that invited me to share the fire there. Anxious to bring my wife back next time for a romantic get-away and hit the wineries. Thanks Leon and team!
