Sedona's Wine Country - vredig areaal

Geniet van het zuidwesten van het landgevoel met een ruim op maat gebouwd huis met zeer hoge plafonds. Word wakker en loop naar de natuur. Ontspan en BBQ op het terras en geniet van de kolibries. Misschien zie je zelfs een kale adelaar. Dicht genoeg bij Gorgeous Sedona maar toch ver van al het verkeer. Bezoek de historische spoorweg van Jerome, of geniet van een rit van 2 uur naar de Grand Canyon. Er is zoveel te doen in de buitenlucht - Vissen, Indiaanse ruïnes, wandelen, ATV, Jeep, kajakken, dicht bij wijnmakerijen, paardrijden, heerlijk eten, geweldige winkels en nog veel meer. Je zult van mijn huis houden omdat het vrienden en familie samenbrengt. Vernieuwen.
Gasten kunnen ronddwalen en verkennen op 3 hectare. Doe de kippen de groeten. en loop langs en rond de zachte kreek. Er staan stoelen en banken om te stoppen en van het uitzicht te genieten en frisse lucht in te ademen. Geniet van geuren van rozen en verse lavendel. Verjongen.
Schoonmaak maakt gebruik van biologisch afbreekbare, niet-giftige schoonmaakmiddelen. Ook koos ik ervoor om geen slimme meter te hebben om witte ruis te verminderen. WiFi is de snelste Century-link in de omgeving. Mobiele telefoons werken prima.
Het watersysteem is drinkwater met omgekeerde osmose en het water komt uit een artesische put. Verfrissend.

Er is een studio naast het hoofdgebouw dat wordt bewoond door de conciërge. De ingangen zijn aan weerszijden om privacy te behouden.

Perfect for three couples. Great outdoor space! A flowing brook in a peaceful setting. Simply lovely. We would absolutely come again!The host thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bedding and towels. Fantastic stay just one very minor issue - Patio door was difficult to open and close.

Relaxing spacious home away from home

Our stay was to attend a wedding in Jerome. The living, kitchen, dining is one large area and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom had a full bathroom. The little stream gave us a wonderful babbling brook sound. My sister loved it so much she plans to return for a mini retreat for herself. She said it was very calming.

Beautiful and Peaceful Acreage

We had a lovely stay! Joara was amazing to work with- kind, helpful, very responsive and easy to reach. Her on-site manager was also wonderful and helpful. The house is beautiful, with a gracious, relaxing and comforting vibe. I loved the sound of the creek outside, and enjoyed hearing the wildlife around. It was hot when we were there, but the thick house walls kept it nice inside, even to the point where we didn't need the a/c. In the evening, we enjoyed sitting on some rocking chairs on the covered porch and looking out over the grounds. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Girls Getaway

We stayed at this unique and wonderful home for a couple nights. The outside doesn’t do the inside justice. It’s much bigger and sophisticated on the inside. The house was easy to navigate because there are little labels on the cupboards and drawers. The beds were comfy. The property manager Peter was great. We had a great time.

Serenity and Relaxation in Arizona

We had a wonderful time at this serene and relaxing property. The home was spacious and well appointed with everything you need for a great get away. The property was beautiful and if the weather had been warmer, we would have loved sitting outside in the evening. It would have been a perfect location for star gazing. We enjoyed traveling a short distance to Sedona for hiking and touring. The food at Up the Creek was delicious and we appreciated the recommendation. Very comfortable!

I think there needs to be some cleaning done and some lights did not work. Cobwebs here and there and the dishes had white spots on them. The bathroom window screen in the Master needs to be repaired. TV's in the bedrooms would be a plus. BBQ needs cleaning. My brother in law did his best to clean it before we used it. Cushions need replaced outside. Really, it was a great stay, just trying to help you improve things for the price per night. The home was clean and beautiful. Location met our needs as our family of 5 adults spent the day in Sedona (20 minutes) and traveled the Verde Canyon Railroad (15 minutes). Jerome (25 minutes) was a plus. Given the opportunity, we will stay again.

Peaceful, spacious and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay - the property is peaceful and looks just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and Athena (the dog) was very sweet. The pantry was well stocked and we started a fire in the fireplace most evenings given the cooler than usual weather, including a couple inches of snow. Some nice wineries around and good restaurant recommendations in Cottonwood, Sedona and Cornville.
