    "Sands of Time" is een goed ingericht strandhuisje ontworpen met comfort, ruimte en schoonheid in het achterhoofd. De open plattegrond en goed uitgeruste keuken maken het de perfecte woning voor familiebijeenkomsten. Panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan en meerdere woonruimtes zijn slechts het begin van de vele gemakken die wachten op uw plezier.
    Het ruime derde niveau met omgekeerde plattegrond biedt veel potentiële zitplaatsen. Kies om te scheiden in intieme groepen of grote bijeenkomsten zoals gewenst. De enorme gastronomische keuken biedt voldoende ruimte voor meerdere chef-koks en juichende omstanders .. natuurlijk kunnen die observeren vanuit de veiligheid van de barkrukken op het eiland. Het eetgedeelte met plaats voor 10 is ook verbonden met de serre, die meer diners of de nieuwste puzzel / game kan bevatten. De grote kamer heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en beschikt over mooie lederen stoelen en een enorm entertainmentsysteem met surround sound. Zoek wat ontspanning in de schepenwacht, die uitkijkt op de grote kamer. Het is een heerlijk ruim zitgedeelte dat uitnodigt om deel te nemen aan een luie middagdutje of een rustig gesprek met een vriend of een boek!

    Daal de trap af naar het tweede niveau en u vindt twee grote slaapkamers met eigen badkamers, twee slaapkamers met een gedeeld bad, een wasruimte en een fitnessruimte. Nieuwe vloeren op dit niveau maken alles vers! Toegang tot de oceaan dekken vanaf alle niveaus van dit goed doordachte huis, evenals vanuit vier van de zes slaapkamers.

    Het eerste niveau biedt meer ruimte voor samenkomst en afleiding. De speelkamer heeft een pooltafel, tafelvoetbaltafel en een videoconsole in arcade-formaat 'Legends 3' Er is ook een kitchenette met een grote koelkast, een vol bad en een slaapkamer met stapelbed.

    Buiten niveau één kies uit ping pong, zwembad of grillen. Zwembad omvat enorm zwembad, bubbelbad en tiki bar met grote koelkast, warm / koud spoelbak, barkrukken en picknicktafel met dakterras en meer zitplaatsen. ALLE prachtig aangelegde en wachten op uw zonaanbidders!

An absolute pleasure

The owners have thought of so many "extras" that are above and beyond anything most people would expect from a rental. While it is definitely secluded from town, we were there to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday as a family. We used everything the house had to offer for fun and relaxation and had the best week on the beach. There was even an entire area full of toys for my niece and nephews!

We loved our stay at Sands of Time! We had a group of 13 - 3 families ranging from 12 - 50 years old. There was something for everyone to do and keep busy. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen had so many helpful items, since we cooked every meal while there. The walk to the beach was wonderful too - very close. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. We loved everything about it and plan to come back again. ❤️

Serenity in Cordova

The home is beautiful & was just as advertised. Perfect serenity for our entire family, which included 4 (under the age of 4) grandchildren. The home is fully stocked with just about everything you need. The bedrooms & bathrooms are all spacious. Laura was great at answering all my questions & provided great tips for getting around. She was always quick in responding too. The drive on the beach, is a must do if you have never done that before. I have nothing but positive feedback for this gorgeous rental. Absolutely great for multi-families vacationing together. Laura provided very detailed information from arrival to departure & everything you need in between. Thank you for everything you did to ensure we had a fantastic family vacation.

Any want or any need was fulfilled with how the home was fully stocked with ammenities. Throughout the kitchen you will find every cooking essential all the way to oyster shucking knives. The weather was not very kind so we found ourselves indoors more than we wanted but we were kept occupied with games, books and small secluded nooks to take an afternoon nap. We are absolutely returning for round two next year! It is a wonderful home!

The home was an instant favorite with everyone in my family. It is super comfortable--the furniture, the views, the decor, the diversions (gaming, etc.). Every bed in the house slept great. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and needs nothing. Every spot where you'd stand to see something outside had a pair of binoculars in reach! We saw wild horses in the yard daily, deer in the street, and even got to see a sea turtle during our stay. We had one minor hiccup getting the hottub operating, but mgmt was super helpful and responsive and got us on track swiftly. I've stayed in a ton of oceanfront homes and this one was probably the best! We'll be back!!

From the exhilarating drive down the beach to get to the house to the wonderful walks up the beach spying dolphins and seeing wild horses at every turn, our stay was fantastic. There was plenty of room for us to congregate - the spacious living room, the fun game rooms (inside and out), the bonus tiki bar, the front sunset-watching deck - yet space to hang by yourself in your spacious bedroom, your choice of outdoor decks, or other small nooks in the house. Well appointed, beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful experience! House was clean and well-stocked! Ocean was still a bit cold this time of year but the beach was beautiful and the wild horses visited our area daily. The house had a wonderful pool, tiki bar, and game room that kept adults and kids having a great time. The owner and manager were great and answered questions before and during the trip to help us enjoy our stay.

Beautiful Home

The house is wonderful, it’s exactly like the pictures and actually even better. We had the unfortunate luck of being there during a storm that lasted our entire stay, but the house kept us entertained and the location made it more interesting as we watched the sea from the house.

In the Ocean, in the pool, in the hot tub good times all around.

Well stocked with almost everything you can think of. 4 wheel drive required to get to house but well worth it. We saw wild horses most days. Check the tide charts and plan accordingly and you’ll have a great time.

Exceeded our Expectations

We just returned from our stay and all are in agreement that it was one of our favorite vacations ever! There were 9 of us, ranging from 71-10 years old. The house was great, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The location is wonderful and the directions given were perfect! Listen to the advice and be sure to air down! Driving on the 4x4 beach may not be for everyone, but we loved it. It totally enhanced our stay! The outdoor area was great and the pool was surprisingly large! We loved that the deeper water was in the middle and each side was shallow. We would have enjoyed an outdoor speaker system, maybe something to consider for a future enhancement! Having 3 full sized refrigerators was great, we used all of them! This house was so well thought out. The kitchen had everything we needed, even birthday candles and corn holders! I’m not sure if this is possible in the area but a water machine that holds the 5 gallon bottles would be a great addition, even at an additional fee for the renter. Laura, the PM, was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.
