Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. RVs, trailers, and Uhauls are prohibited in Ocean Sands. All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
