A saltwater private pool can be heated for an additional $350. Walk to the beach in Whalehead Beach. The living area and kitchen are on the first Level, in excellent condition, and impeccably maintained! Trex decking, walkway, and plenty of outside seating and lounging! Hardwood floors and beautiful coastal decor!

"Saltwater Pines" is located in a quiet, wooded area for the privacy that vacationers desire! Unwind and relax by the huge (16x32) Saltwater pool with a large deck or spend a hot summer day floating in the refreshing water! Take your pick of several awesome outdoor living spaces for sunbathing, eating al fresco, napping, or having coffee or cocktails!

Top Level:
This level features three additional bedrooms, 1 with a king, 1 with a queen, and 1 with a bunkbed, a single bed, and a full hall bathroom.

Bottom Level:
Multi-generations will appreciate not climbing many steps to gather in the living area and kitchen for meals! The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining areas are perfect for family gatherings, meals, conversations, game nights, and making memories. There is also a queen master suite, an additional queen bedroom, and a second full bathroom on this level. Also for your enjoyment is a screened porch and wraparound decking!
