  • Sea Scapes is uw kans om te genieten van een Outer Banks-strandhuisje, uw eigen privézwembad en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand! Het prive-zwembad heeft voldoende dek om te ontspannen na een ochtend zwemmen en de ruime afgeschermde veranda biedt zeewind in de avond voor het hele gezin. De hot tub bevindt zich op een dek op het middenniveau voor sterrenkijken terwijl u 's nachts ontspant. Ben je een tennisliefhebber? De tennisbanen van de gemeenschap zijn voor uw gemak op de hoek. Groot privézwembad en een basketbalring houden iedereen buiten bezig. Na een dag vol plezier in de zon zijn er lcd-tv's voor het kijken van de grote game of een filmavond. Het interieur is smaakvol en de eigenaren besteden veel zorg aan het onderhoud van deze woning binnen en buiten voor uw plezier. De hele familie wil jaar na jaar terugkomen naar dit charmante pand!

Hot tub was great. Pool was freezing and unusable. But it was late September. If there was a heater on the pool, I didn’t know how to use it. Excellent location. Great place. Would definitely recommend.

Only complaint I have is we did not luck out with the weather. With that said, we were able to enjoy the house even more. Would def stay here again. Had 12 of us and had plenty of room. The main kitchen and living room was great. Check-in was easy. Minor issue with downstairs air but it was tolerable and was fixed quickly. Owner was quick to respond and handle the situation. Surprised by outside shower which came in very handy as the kids love an outside shower. Picture made me think beach wasn’t super close - 2 minute walk. Very much enjoyed. Thank you!!!!

This house met all our needs. We had multiple families and this house had plenty of space for everyone and was walking to the beach, which was the best!!!

Relaxing

Had a wonderful stay. Liked the multi level floors in a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing community. Five minute drive to shops. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great house and location!

Plenty of room for a family of 7, and the location can’t be beat. This house is in a lovely neighborhood, with just a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Close enough for the older kids to ride their bikes to the shops in Corolla. We loved our stay here!

Family vacation

Our3 adult children and spouses joined us on vacation and we had a good week here. It was enough space for everyone, clean, and we all enjoyed the hot tub, pool and pool table! ILoved the short walk to the beach also!!

Family vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located close to shops and grocery store. We were able to walk to beach as it was just a little bit down the road. The house was exactly how discribed. There was construction right next door that brought sand into the pool but that didn’t bother us. We would definately rent again!

Everything was as described. The pool was awesome and so was the hot tub. The house was clean not spotless but clean. Very close to the beach. It was an easy walk and an even easier bike ride. You can get to the harris teeter , duck donuts and a super wings in less than 5 minutes on a bicycle. Super convenient.

We had some issues. During the storm water ran in the house on the lower back door! Also my daughter just about fell from the house when Putin the cover back on the Hot ttub because the wood needs replaced!! Had she fell she would have died!! I cannot put my Family in danger.I cut my toe on the messed up piece that holds down the tile in the master bath!

Would highly recommend this house

This house was great for our family. Very short walk to the beach, the kitchen is so well stocked. The house had board games and books for everyone, plus the pool table. There is a basketball hoop but no ball. The beds were very comfortable. We had a small issue but it was addressed and fixed immediately. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The 3rd level is perfect for the family to all hang out together. I would definitely recommend this house for any family to stay and i would stay here again for sure. I only have one suggestion which would be a shade for the pool area for people that can’t always be in the sun.

5/10 It Served its Purpose. The property is owned by a real-estate company and once booked, all communication moves to personal email. They sent me an entirely new contract, trip protection and invoice even though I already completed that all on VRBO, essentially making VRBO an unnecessary middleman. We drove from PA, and hoped to check in early, however the company enforces an early check in fee of 240 plus tax and processing fee to check-in at1pm... Upon arrival, we did everything we could with 2 young children and called to see if they'd let us in at 3:30. Again the answer was no.So, we wait until 4, only to arrive to a house that was NOT ready. The grill cover was on the ground, pool was still being filled, the first-floor walls covered in scuffs, a broken pool stick, painters' tape on the wall, the countertop corner was broken, then someone from the company showed up at 4:05 to do a whole house property check! 2nd floor had lots of furniture mildly damaged, and gum stuck to the bathroom wall, 3rd floor had a broken blind, a huge screen laying on the deck, the trash can was broken with food on the bottom and the dishwasher needed to be unloaded. It was less than welcoming to say the least. The company also sends someone to check on the pool/hot tub throughout the wk w/o communicating their presence. I sent an email detailing all the issues and was told someone would be in contact to discuss, they have not reached out. It served its purpose, but we will not book again.

Nice Getaway

We loved our stay in Corolla. The property was as advertised online. The first floor was a bit a musty and several paint cans were left in one of the bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked except we couldn’t find a can opener. Loved the new kitchen! There was plenty of room at the table for everyone. We noticed in the family room upstairs that the bracket holding the curtains over the sliding door was coming out of the wall. The weather was awful while we were there, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool, but we really enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you.

Great memories

Property was excellent. Pool was fun, kids enjoyed it and the hot tub. Ocean was a short walk. When we were there the ocean waves were violent but we enjoyed being pummeled by waves that were around 5 to 6 ft tall. I can't wait to return next year.

Budget Friendly Beach House

House and location was great, pretty clean for a beach house. Kitchen was well beyond stocked for all of your cooking needs. They did not have a basketball hoop as advertised in the listing. The gas grill was extremely dirty, we spent 30 minutes deep cleaning it. The propane connection has a bad leak, this was mentioned to the rental company throughout the week but nothing was done. Besides not having a basketball goal and a safe using grill to cook out, we were happy with the rental.

Great property with a phenomenal pool!

We had a destination wedding and used this as our home base. The house was spacious and clean. We’ve been staying in Corolla for a number of years and this was the BEST pool by far! Property management personnel were friendly and responsive to questions. Definitely a house that we would book again!

nice house but there were a few hiccups.

Upon arrival, found the internet did not work. Found the thermostat was controlled by internet, so there was no heat or cooling for house. Weather was cold the first 2 days, so some heat would have been nice! Also, Internet would have been nice to watch TV/Movies. Called management company, sent someone to fix internet early in week, weren’t able to fix it. Finally internet was fixed on Thursday. Wasn’t a total loss, the grandchildren enjoyed pool and beach. Will probably stay somewhere else on the island next year.

Great for Family

Location is perfect- the house is comfortable and close to a beautiful beach. It is perfect for families with kids. The only downs side is that this house has no view or deck looking east which is odd

Enjoyable Get-Away

Had a great time for a short get-away with my family. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Comfortable beds, huge sectional in the great room, plenty of parking, and lots of puzzles, books, and games. We made use of the hot tub multiple times! Property manager was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
