We had a great stay with our children, both sets of grandparents, and some cousins. There is plenty of room on the top floor for everyone to be together at the same time, and there are also several spaces where the group can split up and have more quiet moments. There are a lot of steps, so this may not be the best place for the elderly unless you put them in the main floor bedroom.
The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you can possibly need to feed your family at the home. We did have some trouble figuring out remote controls and light switches, but we eventually caught on.
The outdoor space allows for kids to play in the driveway or in the pool. There is a decent amount of traffic, mostly with horse tour vehicles going by, so be careful with young children. The view from the top balcony is so pretty. You can see the dunes and the waves going in and out. We even got to see a couple of the wild horses in the distance right from the deck!
The grill was not clean, but we gave it a good scrub. The pool sticks need attention, but the kids still enjoyed playing even with sharing one usable stick. The house could use a deep clean, but we understand it's hard to keep it spotless when it's so close to the beach.
We would definitely stay in this home again!
