The Space:

Welcome to Laughing Gull Manor! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, this beautiful Corolla home offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable beach getaway. On the top level, you'll find an updated, fully stocked kitchen that opens into a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and high windows, creating a bright and inviting living area. This floor also includes a cozy ship's watch featuring a TV and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The master king suite provides an ensuite semi-private full bath, direct access to the deck, and relaxing outdoor furniture, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



Most of your group will head to the mid level for sleeping. This floor features two queen master suites, each with ensuite semi-private bathrooms and access to a shared deck. Additional sleeping arrangements include a room with two twin beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for accommodating the whole family. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is also located on this level, right near the bedrooms.



Outside, guests can enjoy two carports, an outdoor shower, and ample parking for up to six vehicles. The propane grill makes it easy to cook up a family meal after a day at the beach.



The beautifully landscaped Corolla Light resort features a host of daily scheduled activities and amenities for the entire family. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule:

50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
