Sun Rise Beach Escape is a three-bedroom, three-bath beach view condo, that comfortably sleeps 8 and is located on the third floor of the appealing Grand Caribbean Condominiums.

You can also see the shared pool and the boardwalk below. This building is equipped with an elevator, and no stairs to climb unless you want the exercise.
This lovely place has a full kitchen with excellent appliances, pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. It also has not one but two regular drip coffee makers. The dining table has seating for six.
The living room has plenty of seating to watch TV or DVDs, with a leather couch and a love seat that reclines. This unit comes with complimentary Wi-Fi.
The laundry room is conveniently located in the hall with a full-size washer, a dryer, a small dorm-size refrigerator for extra drinks, and a rack for hanging your clothes.
(BR1) The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a large closet, a TV, balcony access, and outdoor seating. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity and a separate tub/shower combination unit.

Parking for 2 vehicles (A Guest Pass must be displayed on the dashboard. A warning notice will be placed under the windshield wiper of unpermitted vehicles for a minimum of 24 hours prior to towing. The following are not permitted on the condominium parking lot without the Board's consent: recreational that aren't legal for street usage, large commercial trucks, and industrial vehicles. Washing, repairs, restoration, or maintenance of vehicles is prohibited, except for emergency repairs, and then only to the extent necessary to enable movement of the vehicle to a repair facility. All parking spaces at the condominium shall be used for parking purposes; leaving a vehicle in the same space for more than 72 hours shall be considered "storage" and will be towed.
