Spanning over 1,500 square feet, there's plenty of room for everyone. Kids will love the game room foosball table, Jenga, or a rousing game of Go Fish. On crisp evenings, light the gas stove, pop some popcorn, and watch your favorite shows together in the reclining theater seats of the living room. The whole family will enjoy a plethora of TV options, including AT&T/TV, Roku, Tubi, and Vudu, along with an extensive DVD library. 

End your perfect day with a nightcap on the deck, mesmerized by the picturesque view of the bay glittering in the moonlight. 

LIVING AREA 

Gather in the comfy living area, featuring four fully reclining theater seats and a 55” flat-screen smart TV, as well as a multitude of program selections, free movies, music, and popular series.   

KITCHEN & DINING 

Whip up tasty meals in a real Chef’s kitchen with a dual-fuel professional stove. Prepare pancakes on the stovetop griddle or bake brownies in the convection oven. Popcorn pops perfectly in the combination convection microwave. 

Multiple dining options are available, including a kitchen bar that seats four and a dining table that extends to seat eight.

BED & BATH 

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. 

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Nightstand lamps each have USB charging ports.  

Doubling as a game room with a 42” smart TV and foosball table, the third bedroom is equipped with two twin daybeds with twin trundles below. 

All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. 

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. 

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES 

A Weber gas grill and spacious food prep area make it easy to cook for your entire group. 

Relax on the lounge chairs while the family and Fido play in the large fenced yard. Enjoy the bay breezes with a cocktail or dine alfresco on the covered deck.

Parking is available for four cars between the driveway and carport. 

Access to this stilted home is via one flight of stairs.

Stroll 8 minutes to fish at Rockport Pier or travel a mile to Rockport Beach. The art galleries, eateries, and shops of Rockport Cultural Arts District are all within walking distance. Learn about local history at the Texas Maritime Museum and Fulton Mansion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
