Gloednieuw huis in gated Village Walk!

  • We zijn verheugd aan te kondigen dat Village Walk fase 1 zwembad nu is verwarmd!
    Kom en speel in ons Blue Hawaiian Beach-huis! Zodra je dit huis binnenloopt, voel je je op vakantie. Heldere, leuke kleuren en veel natuurlijk licht zullen je verwelkomen. De plattegrond is ontworpen om u geweldige ruimtes te geven om van uw tijd te genieten. De open keuken woonkamer en eetkamer is de perfecte ontmoetingsplek voor familie diner en zelfs filmavond met een mooie flatscreen-tv. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 12 grote gezinnen. De master suite bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en heeft een kingsize bed. Er zijn drie slaapkamers en de tweede verdieping inclusief een tweede master suite. Alle vier slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer en een tv. De tweede meester heeft een koning samen met een eigen badkamer, mini koelkast, wijnkoeler en koffiepot. Deze suite kan worden afgesloten van de rest van het huis. De derde slaapkamer een stapelbed met een volledige aan de onderkant en een tweeling aan de bovenkant. De vierde slaapkamer heeft een koningin en extra ruimte voor een pak n spelen indien nodig. Het huis biedt vele extra's zoals een dakterras met prachtig uitzicht op de zonsondergang. Alle gemakken van thuis zijn hier, 5 tv's, dvd-speler, BBQ-grill en het huis is ook huisdiervriendelijk! Voor een virtuele rondleiding klik hier STR # 381475
    Voordat u naar Port Aransas / Village Walk reist, moet u het juiste aantal voertuigen plannen dat u bestuurt in overeenstemming met de onderstaande regels:

    1) Blue Hawaiian VW97 biedt 3 verharde parkeerplaatsen, 2 op de oprit en één in de garage, voor 3 middelgrote voertuigen. Als u een golfkar huurt, kunt u deze parkeren.
     
    2) Parkeerlabels worden verstrekt door Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
     
    3) Alle voertuigen moeten geparkeerd worden op de oprit van VW 97. Geen parkeren op straat, geen parkeren in rode zones en geen parkeren in andere dorpswandelwegen
     
    4) Geen boten, aanhangwagens, bussen, campers toegestaan in Village Walk
     
    5) Slepen wordt strikt gehandhaafd
     
    Blue Hawaiian VW97 biedt voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor 12 gasten, een juiste planning van het juiste aantal voertuigen voorafgaand aan uw vertrek zal uw vakantie-ervaring verbeteren.

House has a great floor plan and we have stayed at this property several times. I do feel the furniture needs updating and maybe add a small grass area for pets since it is a pet friendly home.

The unit was clean and roomy supplying everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Pot A Escapes were available to help and assist with any needs that arose. We loved the Blue Hawaiian so much that we rebooked before we left for the same time next year.

Family beach trip

Stayed at the beautiful Blue Hawaiian for 7 days 4 adults, 3 children and a dog The house is beautiful and spacious, plenty of room for everyone The kitchen was functional with plenty of pots and pans Regular drip coffee maker and Keurig Washer and dryer downstairs and up We hosted family dinners there multiple nights with plenty of room Side notes that have been in previous reviews Beds are very low to the ground Mattresses are firm/hard Family room couches are also very low and firm Pantry staples are nonexistent so if you cook you’ll need to bring every thing Same with the paper products The upstairs is like a mother in law suite with a small kitchenette Bunk room for the kids upstairs and a wonderful covered porch Each bedroom has its own bathroom with is awesome We love the Village walk, have stayed there for years, this has been our favorite place Our only negative experience was a rowdy college crowd next door that was partying all night

We were so pleased upon entering at how clean the rental was. That isn’t always the case at a beach property by it was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning force. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a nice meal , the beds were comfortable and the property itself was nicely maintained. There are even two sets of washers and dryers !t was close proximity to the pool and had plenty of parking. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Pet friendly. Could not have asked for more.

We had two issues during our stay. We found blood stains on one set of sheets which tainted our view of the beautiful house. The sheets were hospital grade, beware of that. The second issue was many of the dishes and silverware we tried to use were dirty with food caked on them, right out of the cabinet and silverware drawer. We did complain and they sent someone with another set of hospital sheets, but we just rewashed all the dishes. We did find a few roaches but not an infestation. Overall the property was nice and with these fixes would have been perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at the Blue Hawaiian over sand fest. The house is so spacious! We had 6 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of beds for everyone and a table big enough for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked and has anything you could need. The rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. They could use a few more pillows- kings only had 2. My only real complaint is the floors. By the end of the first night (pre beach) my feet were black. This could be a port a thing as everywhere we have stayed has had the same issue. This issue is small enough that this will be back to stay again! Oh and the pool is heated to the point you could just walk right in.
