"The Brighton" is perfectly named as you'll see it radiates joyous sunshine and refreshing peace ~ what everyone needs now more than ever! This spacious (1st floor) 2-bedroom condo is ideal for families/groups up to 6 + baby, too. Ideally located, it's the closest condo to the secure gate to Beach Club's fabulous pool, hot tub, Finnish sauna and fitness gym. It's only a 5-minute walk to beautiful Whitecap Beach for endless fun-in-the-sun-&-sea water sports. And there's more...

It's all here! As far as all your Internet needs, "The Brighton" is equipped with fast-speed WiFi, the latest Spectrum cable, and 2 smart TVs, so you won't need to skip a beat with work or school, nor with your favorite programs. Has equipped-to-the-hilt kitchen and even a full-size washer & dryer for all your beachcomber laundry needs. Sleeping configurations include King-size in master bedroom, Queen-size in guest bedroom, Queen-size sofa bed in living room, plus portable youth-size folding cot, AND baby's pack-'n-play, too.

Please, NO PETS or EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS: Our family has severe allergies and it is imperative that we keep our premises dog/cat dander-free. Folks with emotional support animals, regretfully, we must decline your inquiry to book due to this. While we understand your need, we cannot take the risk on our family's health, as this is our family's beach retreat. Much appreciated!

We named this condo "The Brighton" because it reminds of our family's trip to sunny Brighton beach in the south of England. And just like the UK's Brighton, it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach – lovely Whitecap Beach. You couldn’t be any closer to all the water sports imaginable like fishing, boating, parasailing, windsurfing, you name it. Furthermore, it’s only a short drive to Padre Island National Seashore ~ the world's longest stretch of undeveloped barrier island. It all adds up to "The Brighton” being the ideal beach resort-style condo retreat for everyone ~ families, couples, honeymooners, wedding guests, babymooners, small groups (up to 6), and baby, too!

NEEDING MULTIPLE VACATION RENTALS IN ONE COMPLEX? For wedding guests, business retreats, family reunions, church or club retreats? My family and I had a wonderful time and I can't say enough about the owner’s. They are more that helpful and accommodating. The condo was awesome along with the shirt walk to the beach and amenities.

Brought my toddlers here for a couple days at the beach and we had a great time. Condo was clean and the AC worked well. Such a close drive to Whitecap beach ( 1 minute) which was what we were looking for! Condo complex had a few too many smokers to be perfect, but the pool and grill and everything worked great. Would definitely stay here again!

This two bedroom two bathroom was the perfect little spot to stay in. It’s only an 8 minute walk to the beach. The owners have excellent communication and really care about their guests. That alone means the world to me. It was just me and my mom who stayed for a few days but it would also be perfect for a small family. Check in and check out instructions were clear and very detailed. They had literally everything you could need in the kitchen. I love this little condo and hope to visit again soon.

We were thrilled with our stay even though Tropical Storm Alberto kept us inside a couple of days. Pictures don’t do this beautifully decorated condo justice. It was perfect! We will book this condo again.

This place is on the bottom floor, plenty of parking. We used the pull out and all the bedding was ready and clean. The unit was easy to enter, Owners were very communicative. We used this as a place to stay for fishing - however If you are going to the beach, the beach is about a 500-600yard walk, easy without major cross streets. Highly recommend.

My sister came to San Antonio, Texas from Michigan for her birthday and wanted to go to the beach. We rented the condo and had a great time. Condo just like the pictures (beautiful) and had everything we needed. Liked that each of us had our own room and bathroom. Condo had a pool and fitness room and was only ~5 minute walk to Whitecap Beach. Condo is also only 13 miles from Padre Island National Park. There is a great grocery store and several restaurants (we tried Black Sheep and Island Italian) that are very nearby (could walk to if needed). Condo does have a few beach towels but no beach chairs or umbrellas so bring these if you want to spend time at the beach. All in all a wonderful place and would definitely stay here again!

Our first time to stay here. It is a great location if you have a child attending TAMUCC. Quiet. Not alot of traffic. Close to beach and great restaurants. Very nice condo. Owners are very attentive if there are any issues.

We enjoyed our stay at the Brighton. We had 3 adults in the condo and other family members stayed at other condos within the same complex. Meeting at the large pool was convenient yet everyone had their own place to retreat to. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and we had all the amenities we needed. Grocery store was convenient for basics but there is an H-E-B across the bridge for more extensive groceries. The car washing area was nice to wash off the salt mist that stuck to your car windows. We went to Whitecap Beach but really enjoyed the North Padre Sea Wall and beach (about a mile away) which had showers and public restrooms as well as a paved parking lot if you didn't want to drive your vehicle on the beach. I wouldn't say there is a thriving nightlife but we weren't looking for that. Downtown Corpus Christi is a short drive away as is Port Aransas for more evening options. We would not hesitate to stay at the Brighton should we vacation in the area again.

Brighton was the perfect place for our family of four. It's quiet, completely accomodating, decorated nicely and gave us the perfect family vacation. It is close to the beach and also the pretty pool area. Everything was super clean and allowed us to have a carefree vacation. Richard and Marilyn are the best hosts!

We’ve stayed at several vrbo locations and they’ve all been good, but this one has been the best experience and best location (& best price for all it provides) out of all of them. From the listing (the pictures don’t do it justice!); the location (close to everything, and within walking distance of the beach!); the communication (Richard was on top of every email and message, without delay & extremely helpful & kind); the amenities inside & outside (the kitchen was fully stocked; the decor was impeccable; the whole condo was updated; the beds were super comfortable; everything was spotlessly clean; & you could see the pool from the kitchen); and the check in and check out experience (flawless & completely smooth); all of it was absolutely perfect! I will definitely stay here again if we come back to Corpus Christi / Padre.

Highlights of our stay were: - Beautiful, spacious, quiet condo - Fully equipped kitchen with ALL amenities (even coffee, spices etc ) - Very close to pool, jacuzzi and gym Walking distance (5 min) to white a sand beach and ocean ( but you can also drive onto the beach with your car) Padre Island National Seashore Park is definitely worth visiting Last but certainly not least: excellent communication with our kind hosts Marilyn and Richard! Definitely would recommend staying here!

The Brighton was clean, had everything we needed, and was a great spot for us to spend a few days on holiday break. It was well stocked, had a few extras we weren't expected, and made our stay very comfortable. Will be looking for this or another of this host's places on our next visit to the island.

We’ve stayed at multiple condos at the Neach Club and the Brighton is by far the best! The location was perfect-apart from others but super close to the pool area (we love the hot tub!). First floor is a plus. The condo is very well stocked-more than any other we’ve stayed at. The attention to detail and decor is great. Beds are all comfortable-including the pull out couch bed. Communication with the owners was super quick and they’re clearly so kind. It was very clean and made a rainy beach weekend so comfortable!

I can not say enough about this unit. It was perfect. Perfect location to the beach and pool area. It really felt like you were at home. I have stayed at several condos and hotels....this unit by FAR was our FAVORITE! It was very bright and inviting. Plenty of room in both bedroomd and a very cute living room area for vising with your friends and family. They also gave very detailed instructions for check in and check out, that did not make you feel rushed or that things had to be perfect whenyou left. I will ABSOLUTLEY choose to stay there agin.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We brought our bay boat and this complex has parking for boats on property. The owners were very responsive and available during our stay. The property was very nice and well represented in the photos. Easy check in and check out process. We did not go to the beach but it is just down the road.
