The pool side studios are 550 square feet and feature a fully equipped kitchen and full bath. With a king size bed and a sofa sleeper this studio will accomodate up to 4 people. With the beach just steps out the front door you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
This Condominium Property is located just a few minutes from downtown Port Aransas, the La Palmilla golf course, shopping, beach access, and restaurants. This is a Non-Smoking condominium and No pets are allowed.

Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.
