In our storage building you will find a large propane grill, extension cord, water hose, and 10 outdoor chairs for you to use at the house. You can also store your coolers, beach toys and fishing tackle in shed so you don't have to worry about it overnight.

Our Neighborhood is under construction but we have hurricane windows and doors that provide additional insulation and soundproofing from outside noise. Workers usually wrap up around 4 pm and weekends are pretty quiet.

If your party is larger than 10 people please message us to see if our sister house next door is available to rent as well. You could have 2 houses next to each other allowing up to 20 guests with ample parking for a lot of trucks and boats. I have a ring camera outside under covered parking area that is recording.
