Bay Tree C1 is a spacious studio condo with the best views in Old Town! Comfortably sleeps 4 with king size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy unobstructed coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the intercoastal ship channel and the perfect place to watch the city's fireworks display on the 4th of July and New Years Eve. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, tennis courts and pickleball, boat parking and boat slips for rent. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in. Sorry, no monthly rentals permitted.
