The first level offer a complete oasis for the kids. With a charming bunk bedroom with ensuite bathroom located off of the secondary living room, the little ones can have a space all for themselves. Just off the back porch is a fenced in side yard with games and an exterior shower making cleanup after the beach a breeze.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Head upstairs to the expansive kitchen and dining areas. The whole family can gather at the wide five-seat island and prepare a meal to enjoy at the built-in dining nook for up to ten. Head over to the comfy main living area and enjoy a movie in the summer or a good book in front of the fire place in the winter. Tucked around the corner of the kitchen is a utility room with washer and dryer and a convenient extra sink. A charming little work nook will let that diligent worker sneak in a bit of work in peace. The space is also serviced by a handy powder room. Lounge on the front balcony and enjoy the view of the dunes with staying cool under the balcony ceiling fan. A second back balcony offers a gas grill for the pit master in the family and an overlook of the fenced in side yard.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The second level also offers two king suites each with ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. One with private Juliet balconies overlooking the community. Last, but never least, on the third floor the primary king suite offers a private space to lounge. The large bedroom offers a sitting space and cafe table. With a massive walk-in closet and expansive private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate soaker tub, you'll never want to come back down.

AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ enjoy resort-style pools that include the Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; and intimate Neighborly Square Pool. Parks offer green space: Tailwind Park, South Shore Park, and others; a boardwalk around South Town Lake & Leisure Lake; a community pier and fishing pavilions, and a playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

GREAT FEATURES: Traveling with little ones? No worries! We provide a Pack 'n Play and high chair seat to ensure your youngest family members are comfortable throughout your stay.

PET POLICY NOTICE: This home welcomes dogs, accommodating up to 2 dogs per reservation with a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs each. For the comfort of our guests with allergies, only dogs are permitted. We kindly ask that no aggressive breeds be brought onto the property.
