  • "Deze open keuken, woon- en eetkamer is de perfecte plek om samen te eten te koken, samen te bereiden en te genieten. De mooie tafel en de ontbijtbar bieden voldoende zitplaatsen. Deze keuken is volledig uitgerust met roestvrijstalen apparatuur en veel extra's, waaronder een bar en ijsmaker. De woning biedt ook een volledige wasruimte. Het Casa Del Mar heeft drie slaapkamers en een open concept stapelbed kamer! De grootste master suite bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping, compleet met een kingsize bed, ruime badkamer met een jet-soaker bad, dubbele wastafel, twee kasten, een flatscreen-tv en veel kastruimte. Boven vindt u nog twee master suites die prachtig zijn ingericht in pastel ocean thema's, met kingsize bedden, flatscreen-tv's. De stapelbedkamer scheidt de ruimte met ingebouwde stapelbedden met uitschuifbedjes om zes personen te slapen en zijn en haar strandsurfbedden te charmeren. Een grote flatscreen-tv en een dvd-speler is er ook opgenomen om uw jongere gasten te vermaken. U kunt boven en beneden ontspannen op het outdoor decks op gezellige meubels terwijl u de geluiden en geuren van de oceaan lucht te ervaren. Casa Del Mar is een heel slimme woning! Het is uitgerust met een alarmsysteem, een Sonos draadloos surround sound-systeem met vier zones door het hele huis, inclusief de buitenveranda en het balkon op de bovenverdieping en Wi-Fi voor uw gemak. Dit huis is een korte wandeling naar de gemeenschappelijke voorzieningen, waaronder Lisabella's, twee meren, drie zwembaden en ons verzorgde strand. I've found that over the years, the property has gotten a bit rundown. The ice machine kept running and eventually leaked a ton of water on the floor, the upstairs bathroom drain plug is broken and the kitchen supplies have dwindled. Although, we did appreciate the upgrade to one of the bedrooms upstairs. We had two families with 4 kids in total. 3 out of the four are 5+ and fit well in the bunk room (which has a lot of space!), the 2 year old slept in a bedroom upstairs with bumpers on the bed. The noise does carry in the house, so we used sound machines to help the kids with sleep. Overall, it's a spacious home set back from the noise of the square and plenty of room for all!

We've been doing it for quite a few years now, and stayed at several different homes over the trips. This is the first time we were a bit disappointed. The furniture in the main living area is showing it's age and really needs a refresh. The sofa and all three chairs are stained and dirty, and the rug was really dirty around the edges. There were a lot of nice things about the home- the bedrooms were all nice, the kitchen is well equipped. We still really enjoyed our stay. The Luau party was a big hit with our kids, and of course the property of Cinnamon Shore is always well maintained and top notch. The beach chair rental was great- this year they told you exactly where your chairs were- so quick and easy to go right to your spot! The new chair covers and umbrellas were really nice! Overall it was a nice stay and of course we will come back, but will probably choose a different home. One thing also worth mentioning- for the first time in all of our stays, this home does not offer beach towels so be sure to bring some with you.

It was at the far end of the property, but still in a good location to reach the beach, the pools, the restaurants, and the gift shop. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, with super comfortable king size beds in three of the bedrooms, and reportedly comfortable bunk beds in the bunk room. The house had plenty of room to accommodate all nine of us comfortably. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and we absolutely LOVED the little ice maker that was part of the fully equipped bar. The bar had every conceivable type of wine glass, mixed drink glass that one could possibly need. All in all we loved staying there and would happily request this property again.

My dad with knee problems loved that the kitchen was on the first floor. The children loved the bunk beds with the plugs and light near by as well as the small toys the provided. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal but management quickly got it fixed. Overall it was an amazing get away for our family.

Only drawback is the proximity of the house to 361 (road noise), but that is hard to escape in Port A.

Plenty of space for eating, relaxing and sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped for all our meals including a high chair for our youngest member. We originally thought the distance from the beach might be a problem but with a golf cart it was not an issue. This was our third year to enjoy Cinnamon Shores and will definitely be back again.
