3 BEDROOMS
Our three bedrooms are lovely places to lay your head. Feel at home among upholstered headboards, bedside tables and lamps and soothing artwork. The beds come with plenty of pillows. And each room has a fan.

Bedroom 1 – King bed (master), en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 – King bed
Bedroom 3 – Queen over queen bunk bed

Please note: Our house can sleep up to 9 guests including infants. All rooms have smart TVs.

2 BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms have new modern vanities and light fixtures – master has walk-in shower with built in bench while second bath comes with a soaking tub/shower combination. There are plush towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom, so you don’t have to carry yours from home.

**Kindly note that failure to follow house rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund plus you may incur additional fees and costs.

Help us be good neighbors and hosts! When you decide to stay with us, keep these requirements in mind:

- Parties are not allowed, and our quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am.

- Check-in is starting 4:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. We need time to prepare the home for our next guests and appreciate your prompt departure before or at 11:00 AM on the day of check-out.

- This home is non-smoking including inside the home and any interior structures. There is a minimum $1,200 per day cleaning charge for smoking inside the home, plus any cost for smoke mitigation.

- Pet fee is $100 for up to 2 dogs. No exceptions.

- You agree to leave the property as you found it as far as furniture placement (inside and out), putting any games and amenities back where you found them, and picking up after your pets.

- Guest understands that if Guest does not follow the house rules or causes damage to the property, we can incur significant expense, beyond the typical repair cost due to the nature of our business. These costs plus a 20% management fee will be charged to Guest and Guest agrees to pay these charges.
