Het paleis is ontworpen voor grote groepen vrienden of familie die op zoek zijn naar ongeëvenaarde kwaliteit, luxe en comfort in een huis van 75 m² met 4 verdiepingen, een lift, een verwarmd zwembad met zout water en spa, 5 grote slaapkamers, 2 stapelbedden en een 3e verdieping belangrijkste verzamelplaats met een bar, pooltafel speelkamer, woonkamer en buitendekken met een prachtig uitzicht.

Met VIER woonkamers om uit te kiezen, kunnen gasten zich verspreiden of samenkomen op de 3e verdieping Great Room waar de keuken is uitgerust met een massieve granieten bar met zitplaatsen voor 10, een eettafel met zitplaatsen voor 10, een grote woonkamer met een open haard en 85 "tv.

Alle slaapkamers en en-suite badkamers zijn ruim, elegant en comfortabel met luxe beddengoed en beddengoed.

De gehele 4e verdieping is een Penthouse Master Suite met een fantastisch uitzicht op de Golf, de baai, zonsopgangen en zonsondergangen, de golfbaan en meer. Deze suite heeft een comfortabele woonkamer, twee buitendekken en een grote badkamer met dubbele wastafels, een douche en een bubbelbad.

Het PALEIS is het hoogste luxehuis van Port A dat het uitzicht op de GULF en de BAY evenals de golfbaan en een zoetwatermeer maximaliseert met tientallen soorten lokale en trekvogels.

Alles in huis is ontworpen om het "beste van het beste" te zijn, van de apparaten onder nul en Wolf tot de grote en comfortabele kamers, hoge plafonds, een prachtig uitzicht, snelle WiFi en HD Sony-tv's ..

Een privé GOLF CART met 6 zitplaatsen met een blue tooth-geluidssysteem is bij de huurprijs inbegrepen en biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot de voorzieningen van het resort, het strand en de stad Port Aransas.

Het privézwembad met zout water en het bubbelbad van het resort is van resortkwaliteit en biedt een eigen alternatief, het grote gemeenschappelijke zwembad op ongeveer 100 meter van het PALEIS. Een grote gasbarbecue is ook inbegrepen.

Palmilla Resort biedt stranddiensten, waaronder privéstoelen, parasols en badkamers met airconditioning. De gemeenschap Pool & Guest Services zijn ongeveer 100 meter van het PALEIS. De golf pro shop en Black Marlin restaurant zijn ook vlakbij.

Luxe en gemak in het enige golf- / strandresort van Port A. Het wordt gewoon beter dan "The PALACE at Palmilla".

The property itself is excellent in every respect...spacious, well appointed, maintained well, located with magnificent beach views. Susan met us at the property, explained all the finer details of operating the audio and Wi-Fi systems, etc. This was our 2nd year here and among all the properties we have visited across the US and Canada, this property and the management/host were the best we've every encountered. We look forward happily to returning.

What a view! The pond this house backs to is constantly filled with pelicans, egrets, ducks, and seagulls. There are turtles and dragon flies. And I guess because of the wind, no mosquitoes. Sitting on the balcony made the trip.But the house is incredible, too. It’s one of those real home VRBO’s, with details like games, supplies, spices, and thoughtful perks like a high end sound system throughout the house. Plus it’s really well cared for. There was a bevy of snacks upon our arrival, plenty of towels, and a house manager who checks in and can set the heated pool to your preferred temp. Just lovely.The community has a beach club and restaurant, which was convenient.

FABULOUS PROPERTY

This property is a GEM! We were very impressed with all the amenities that are included in the house! The cleanliness of the residence was outstanding. Susan, the property manager, met us on arrival and provided a detailed explanation regarding all of the home’s features. She was also checking in on us periodically to insure that all of our questions or concerns were addressed. The consummate host! We were a combined family of 12, 6 adults and 6 children and there is so much room that we never felt crowded. Having a golf cart available is a definite bonus. The property is located within minutes of the beach. All of the appliances were in excellent condition and the elevator made traveling between floors a breeze. We have stayed in many VRBO properties but we believe this one is the best. We were so impressed that we have already secured a booking at this property for next year! We would highly recommend this owner and property for your future stays!

Great Property and Great Location

The property owner and the manager were very thoughtful. The unit had so many things that needed/enjoyed. For example, there was a great golf cart, there were lots of beach accessories and towels, a well stocked kitchen, a great icemaker, multiple fridges for everyone's beverages, etc. There was also a great pool room that was on the same floor as the kitchen and bar, which made it easy for the group to hang out in close proximity, but not right on top of each other the whole time. The views from all of the different balconies were nice and peaceful. The unit's pool and hot tub were nice, and the resort pools and restaurants were within easy walking or golf cart distance. The drive up the beach to Old Town Port A was really fun, too. We had a great time!

Best Vacation Rental By Far!

This home is beautiful, with breathtaking views of the gulf. It’s spacious, and comes fully stocked with almost anything you could think of. Not only that, but the property manager, Susan, goes absolutely above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met. We’ve rented this home several times now, and have never been disappointed. Our family has made tons of memories in the home and Port A, and we’ll continue to do so as long as they’ll have us!

Beach was closed but our stay was fabulous

This is our 2nd stay at this property. It surpasses any of the other homes we’ve stayed at in Palmilla. Susan is an Amazing Manager which makes all the difference in how a person is welcomed! Everything is pristine and well organized. Susan is available to answer any questions at anytime. The weather did not cooperate but the house is spacious and family oriented. Even when ithe beach closed for a day or two we had fun. We loved being there and will definitely go back! Gabby

This is a perfect property for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space yet get together in the family rooms, pool or at the beach. The home is amazing and the golf cart made going to the beach and down town more fun. We enjoyed the community pool as well as the one in the home.
