    Deze leuke 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers Condo 6 personen. (BR1-koningin; BR2-Queen); Slaapbank; Gunstig gelegen dicht bij de stad en het is 1/2 mijl naar het strand. Deze Condo is voordelig geprijsd met een open plattegrond en een grote patio met uitzicht op het gedeelde zwembad. De garage is groot genoeg voor uw boot en heeft parkeergelegenheid voor 2 auto's. Het kan worden gehuurd met 221B Las Palmas voor een grotere groep. (Kleine huisdieren in overweging) Geen parkeren op de weg.

    Las Palmas appartement is 2 verdiepingen met de garage op de begane grond en allemaal wonen boven boven. De open plattegrond heeft veel zitplaatsen in de woonkamer met tv, kabel en Wifi. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 4 en 2 barkrukken in de aangrenzende bar. De keuken heeft alle apparatuur die nodig is om aan uw kookbehoeften te voldoen. De wasruimte is weggestopt in de hal met een wasmachine en droger en planken voor uw wasmiddelen. Beide slaapkamers hebben queensize bedden, een kast en kast voor uw strand en viskledij, een tv en een eigen badkamer met een bad / douchecombinatie-eenheid. Geniet van het uitzicht op het gedeelde zwembad vanaf het achterbalkon met zitgelegenheid buiten. Er is ook een picknick op het onderste overdekte niveau eronder.

We enjoyed the large garage to park the truck in and the swimming pool is easily accessible with a cover for some shade. The property was nice and spacious for us and our kids!

Great Experience

We loved our stay at this property. Checkin was super easy and the unit was clean and spacious. It’s just a few blocks from the beach, so easy to go back and forth during the day. While we didn’t end up using the pool, it was easily accessible and great to have that option. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little townhome/condo. Functional kitchen and 2 great full bathrooms. Thank you for allowing our small dogs. We would absolutely stay again.

The location in central Port Aransas is convenient for groceries, shopping, and food; I walked most places. The beach is several blocks away — too far to walk, but with a permit available for purchase at the grocery store right by the condo, you can park right on the beach.

Great Stay!

Everything was perfect! Location, spacious, scenery, pool, privacy, security, I have no bad comments. The only problem was that the door handle fell off as soon as I showed up, I put in a maintenance request and the maintenance guy never showed up and I was there for two days. Besides that, would definitely consider staying here again!

It is a couple minute walk from the only grocery store in the area. Back yard scenery is nice. The inside was fairly basic but was plenty for the 5 of us.

Didn't get to use the pool, but it looked nice. The proximity of the property was close to the beach, shopping, and several restaurants. I definitely recommend this as your choice of stay while visiting Port A. I know we will during future visits!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Port A and the Las Palmas was conveniently located near stores and shops of all kinds. The condo was well suited for our trip and party of 3 adults, 1 child and 2 small fur babies. We booked 221b that had the king in master and 2 twins in second room which would have suited us better but we were asked to switch to the other side ,221a, which had a queen bed in each room. Our 7 year old was fine on the fold out couch bed. I, myself, would have really preferred the king. The beds were comfortable and the linens were sufficient for us. Would have liked a television in the second bedroom but not a deal breaker. Having a washer/dryer was nice so we could have clean towels for the beach and pool. The pool area was nice. All appliances were in working order so no problems there. We stayed 4 nights and were able to enjoy a lot that the area has to offer, fishing, beach, aquarium and of course the delicious food. We will be back and we WILL consider staying at the Las Palmas in the future. The management was very helpful and kind.

They were a couple of things that could be improved, one is the wi-fi, it did not work well at all, and we you have kids that is a necessity. Second the outlet plugs were very loose and did not hold the plugs very well. But it was a super nice place to stay with a great pool and wonderful view.
