We recently stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and had a mixed experience.On the positive side, the location is excellent—the home is situated in a peaceful neighborhood and is only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it very convenient for our family.However, the property itself was somewhat underwhelming, especially given the premium pricing. A few key issues stood out:* The lift/elevator in the property was unreliable and felt very flimsy, which was concerning.* The bed in the master suite was of poor quality and not very comfortable.* Basic toiletries were not provided in the bathrooms—specifically, no shampoo—which is typically expected at this price point.* Only two dishwashing pods were provided for a three-night stay, which felt insufficient.* The air hockey table shown in the listing photos was not present, which was disappointing.* Communication from the host could have been better, as responses were not always timely.Overall, we did enjoy our time together as a family and appreciated the location, but the property did not fully meet expectations. With some improvements and stronger communication, this could be a much better experience for future guests.
