    1300 m² van Beach Theme Condo Life wacht op u in deze 2 + slaapkamer 2. 5 bad appartement met extra woonkamer met terras gelegen aan Lake Padre en dicht bij het strand. Geweldige locatie met gedeelde boothelling maakt het een geweldige locatie om te vissen op het Packery Channel of een uitstapje naar de Golf te maken. Ons appartement slaapt een totaal van 7 met mooie voorzieningen in heel. Comfortabele meubels en strandvibe.

    Kom aan om alles te vinden wat u nodig heeft tijdens een vakantie. Gemakkelijke toegang tot het appartement met eerste eenheid vanaf de toegangsweg. Belangrijkste woonkamer beneden is smaakvol ingericht in strandtinten en nautisch decor. Gezellig meubilair kunt u ontspannen na een heerlijke dag op het strand. Eet in de keuken en in de bar om samen te voegen terwijl uw vers gevangen vis wordt bereid in onze goed gevulde keuken.

    Alles wat u nodig hebt om een volledige maaltijd voor het gezin te bereiden. In plaats daarvan geen vinger willen optillen, geen probleem. Tal van restaurants op het eiland om uit te kiezen. Veel plaatsen met heerlijk eten van sushi, steak, fish n chips, zeevruchten, pizza, zelfs onze eigen Duitse bakkerij, unieke koffiebar gemaakt van zeecontainers, On the Water dineren onder de brug en vergeet het ijs niet. Stuur de kinderen na het diner naar boven voor hun eigen woonkamer, terwijl de volwassenen buiten op het terras zitten. Boven vindt u de grote badkamer, slaapkamer en slaapkamer met inloop master badkamer en kast.

    Het zwembad ligt tegenover het huis en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op wat we Lake Padre noemen. Parkeer de boot op een van onze gedeelde slips, neem een duik in het zwembad en maak een avondcruise naar het Packery Channel voor een prachtige zonsondergang.

Island life

Great place for a get away weekend plenty of spots to fish from around the area. 5 min drive to the beach plenty of restaurants around Docks and Snoopy to name a couple plenty more. Place was clean and very well maintained.

Comfortable and quiet!

Amazing! Best place we have ever stayed. This is our 7th summer to the area, condo was family friendly and big enough for the teens to have their own space. Loved every minute of it!

We were disappointed when checked in at the first day. There was no space to park in driveway, had to park in street. When open the door, a mold and smoking smell like some motels. AC and shower water were ok. We felt better at the third day when we checked out, less smell.

Perfect stay!

The space was excellent and exactly as described. Our family has stayed in this condo development previously and we'll definitely stay again. Very comfortable, pool is refreshing, fun fishing off the deck.

Perfect Anniversary Weekend!

My husband and I booked the weekend getaway to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. This home contributed to a perfect weekend trip! Everything in the home was luxurious and spacious! So clean and comfortable! It saddened us to leave but we plan on booking again!

Great stay

We had a great time, the house is well furnished and clean, we were 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids) and we had plenty of room. It's walking distance to the beach, the pool at the back was always clean, all in all pretty good. I plan to return.

This is a wonderful place for the family. The 2 living spaces worked out perfect. The pool and patio deck are spacious. Don't forget your fishing pole!! Fish right under the deck. Thanks Sandra!!

Great Get-away!

We enjoyed our stay here! Great location and access to water if you're bringing a boat along with you. Communication was excellent with property manager. Kids loved the beach toys available to use. We'd definitely stay here again. One thing to note, the boat slip was easy to use, and very accessible; however, the boat lift shown in the photos belongs to one particular owner and is not available for use.

Great property!

This was such a nice place to stay!! The condo was very clean and cozy and easily accommodated my family of 7. There was a small patio in the back, a balcony on top floor and plenty of bathrooms!! The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious had more than enough space to freely move around in upstairs loft. The property had everything you needed if you forgot anything from home and having a garage to park your car in was a plus!! Upstairs bathroom gave us a small issue and private walkway to beach was a good walk, but was still easy to go back and forth. We rented a cart and our cars barely moved all weekend, which was nice too!! Definitely a good place to rent for the weekend!!

Great location

We had a great weekend ecen with minor issues. The island had a power outage while we were there which made things interesting. Haha. The property owner was very sweet and had great response times for any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable and centrally located to many great amenities. The only thing that I wish would have been more clear is the parking situation. It was very tight since another family that was staying had a large party. The carport was not easily accessible for my wide vehicle with the other families vehicles and the owner of the property next door's dirt piles but we made it work. Otherwise it was a pretty decent stay and we would be happy to stay again.

Very Nice Trip!

This property had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit, including beach towels and a washer/dryer. The condo was only a couple of blocks from the beach and it was easy to navigate the area. We fished from the dock behind the condo and caught a handful of croakers and small catfish. We had a great time!

Great stay, great location, great for sweet families

We had a wonderful stay the condo is right on the corner so a little more secluded then others but there are only about 6 there total so less traffic then most. The walls aren't super thin we never heard the neighbors which is a huge bonus for me. The pool was nice and clean and the deck area chairs were super comfy to watch my little crew on. The lower deck also has the green fish lights for fishing and we loved that! Lots of sweet moments to remember and laughter had there. The condo beds were all comfortable and clean. I am very picky I won't even stay in a hotel because of the turn over there and scared of bed bugs and fleas. Bathrooms were tidy and there are three so that was awesome. There are two comfortable family areas on both levels which I didn't realize how nice that was for settling down for the evening we all moved upstairs and watched some movies and played games to settle down the super excited little hearts. It's very nicely located right down from the beach so we had breakfast on the beach in the mornings and spent our evenings playing on the beach while daddy fished on and off at the packery channel. He got some really nice flounder! The communication from the manager and owner was on point and they were making sure we were well cared for and content with every aspect of our stay. If I had the slightest question it was answered quickly. Great little treasure tucked away in a safe area. We would gladly return.

Great place for families

1 minute drive to the beach. Love that the property had beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. for us to enjoy. That is always a plus! The shower in the master is large and so enjoyable. Thank you for a great property.

Excellent location

We loved being so close to the beach, the condo was well kept and beautifully decorated. My father in law caught several fish off the doc and enjoyed that we were so close to the water.

Girls Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and close to the beach. Michele assisted us when the internet went out and had a new modem put in. Also the keypad to the front door went out and it was replaced by the time we arrived. I would hands down recommend this house and rent again.
