Adjacent is the dining table with seating for six for freshly prepared meals or a friendly game of cards. Show off your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio and watch the ships pass by in the bay. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, and a closet for your beach attire. It has access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower. Venture to the master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, TV, nightstands, and chest for your beach attire. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet at the end of the hall. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
