They had no hot water. when we notified her she did not believe me. She went to the room and ran the tub water for about fifteen minutes. she was very rude. She came back and told me that they would give me a discount. when we ask her for her name the other half responded that if we did not like it there, we could leave, They would return our money. will see how that works out.

This hotel is definitely not maintained. First, just walking up to the room door, it was covered with dirt and grime. Got inside the room and it was disgusting. There was dirt in the tub, mold all around the tub, every metal fixture in the room had rust spots, the sheets didn't fit the beds, and there was grime built up on the floor. It wasn't just our room, my brother in law had the room next to us. It was equally disgusting. We both cut our losses and found a different hotel. Just GROSS!

Property very nice and well maintained. Loved the simple breakfast in the morning. Only downfall is the deposit so make sure u bring it in cash cuz if not u wont get it back for 3-5 days.

They charge a 100$ deposit fee (not mentioned until check in. And charge a LATE check out fee of $25 if you aren't OUT of the room by 11. Which was also not mentioned.

The bathroom, specifically the shower area, needed work. Tub drained very slow, hard to shower when the water is backing up in the tub. The exhaust fan did not work. Couldn't find a USB connection. Telephone did not work. Overall a decent 1 night stay, i don't know about more than 1 night.

Don’t bother!
Horrible place-mold I’m bathroom. Couch look gross and hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom light flicker on and off. Housekeeping needs banging on my door even though I was stay over at random times without me asking! Disrespectful! Check out at 10:40 was upstairs-gathering stuff from room. Ho and down the stairs. Red headed lady with glasses tells me I have to be off the premises and that I was gonna be charged an additional $25 cause I hadn’t drove off the premises and still was in parking lot! Horrible!! Will not return!

The gentleman at the front desk (sorry I forgot his name) was so accommodating. He brought me a hose to clean all of my gear after a long day of fishing. He showed a genuine interest making my stay comfortable. Thank you sir.

It's ridiculous that yall charge $20 if you check in early, especially if it's only an hour earlier then what your check in time is. And the room was ready. I could see if I was 3hrs early. And to have your check so late in the day is ridiculous. Your hotel is in a tourist town, people like to start their vacation early not having to wait until 3p in the afternoon, especially when the room is ready. You can't get local channels on the TV.

The breakfast was the only redeeming factor for our stay. It was by far the dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed in, and half the outlets in our room didnt work. Bathroom fan didnt work either. Upside? No bedbugs.

Staff was great, room was clean. This was our first time at an Oyo. The pool was great for a night swim. You wouldn't want to leave your kids out there without supervision though. Lots of folks out and about in the evenings. We enjoyed our time in Corpus, and would stay at this hotel again. Breakfast wasn't great, but it was there :)

2 star hotel review
It was definitely fitting of a 2 star hotel. When you walked in the room it smelled a little musty and I immediately noticed the AC unit was really dirty and had a lot of what looked like old debris in the vents. I did not notice any bugs anywhere but the tub was a little dirty and there were hairs around the tub, not sure if they were hanging on the shower curtain or what. Seems that the people in the room next door arrived in the middle of the night and i could clearly hear them through the walls but luckily our kids didnt wake up. The staff was very nice and helpful. I liked that they called me to confirm we were still coming because we were checking in late. The price was good but suggest that the AC get cleaned out more thoroughly along with the bathrooms.
