    Deze lichte en luchtige slaapkamer met 1 slaapkamer is de perfecte strandvakantie waar je naar op zoek was! Dit appartement verhuurt de hele zomer als 1 slaapkamer, geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen en is voorzien van keramische tegels in de hele unit. De ruime woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank en de slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed.

    Dit is onze enige 1 slaapkamer unit beschikbaar tijdens de zomer dus het verhuurt snel - wacht niet - boek nu !!

    Deze accommodatie maakt deel uit van het Aransas Princess Resort Rental Program.
    Tarieven voor deze woning worden vastgesteld door de Vereniging van Eigenaren en zijn niet onderhandelbaar. On-site management en 24-uurs receptiepersoneel zijn beschikbaar om aan uw huurbehoeften te voldoen.

    Een minimum verblijf van 3 nachten is vereist voor vakanties in de zomer inclusief Memorial Day, 4 juli en Labor Day weekends.

Whooping Cranes, Roseate Spoonbills, Great Blue Herons..and many more. A nature wonderland. On the beach: beautiful shells and whole sand dollars..only 50 cents.

Great Place but construction was loud above us

Reviewer Comments: We liked our room very much. It had been remodeled it appears. Our only issue was that on our second day, there was construction going on above us and they were hammer drilling into the floor. It was so loud you could not hear the tv. We brought it to the attention of management and they said they would check on it but it continued till 5:00. The front desk said that there was no work going on above us but they did not come to our unit to determine if it was. We realize that work must be done but when it disturbs a guest, it could be put off till the guest is gone.

Otherwise, everything worked. Got extra trash bags, paper towels, etc. No problem. Used washer/dryer. Worked great. Lots of time in pool/pool area. Kids had tons of fun. Will probably do it again next summer.

Beautiful condo! Had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay in this condo. The only negative is the sketchy WiFi. We were provided with a WiFi password at check in which was discovered to be incorrect. We discovered the correct password on a note in the condo the following morning. Honestly, the connection was so spotty it wasn’t worth using. Other than that, this place is a gem!
