    Nemo Cay Resort D104 is een eerste verdieping, twee verdiepingen tellende eenheid met een zorgeloze omgeving voor ontspanning en recreatie, dat is de definitie van 'vakantie'. Het complex ligt op een afgelegen maar centraal gelegen locatie op North Padre Island, grenzend aan het gloednieuwe Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort. Dit is de ideale complex voor gezinnen op zoek naar beneden te komen om te genieten van het nieuwe water park, evenals de vele andere attracties in de omgeving, zoals de prachtige stranden, grote vissen, golfen, surfen en nog veel meer.
    Er is ook genoeg te genieten in het complex, waaronder een luxe zwembad met een ondiep water zwembad voor de kiddos, spuiten fonteinen, Cabanas, BBQ putten, shuffle board en een speeltuin met glijbanen, een band swing en nog veel meer! Naar beneden in de winter? Dan zult u ook echt genieten van het verwarmde zwembad!

    INTERIEUR
    Het interieur van deze accommodatie is prachtig ingericht met een rustgevend kustthema. Als je naar een groot spel gaat kijken, dan zul je echt genieten van de 60-inch flatscreen-tv en soundbar in de woonkamer. De woonkamer heeft ook een DVR-service voor langere verblijven. Deze eigenaren hebben ook HBO, Showtime en Cinemax toegevoegd voor je kijkplezier. Elke slaapkamer is uitgerust met een eigen tv en een dvd-speler. Je hebt ook een eigen wifi-netwerk.
    Beneden is er een king suite, complete badkamer, wasruimte en open woonkamer, keuken en eetkamer. Boven zijn er nog twee slaapkamers die een badkamer in de gang delen. Een van de slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping heeft een kingsize bed en de andere heeft een stapelbed met een tweepersoonsbed of 2 aparte bedden met een uitschuifbed en heeft onlangs nog een stapel stapelbedden toegevoegd. Er is ook een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer voor twee extra gasten om van te genieten.
    Breng je harige vriend mee want deze accommodatie is ook PET-FRIENDLY!

    Linnengoed voor elk bed en badhanddoeken voor elke gast zijn aanwezig. Een minimumverblijf van twee nachten is vereist. Contracterende gasten van Padre Escapes moeten 25 jaar of ouder zijn. De gast moet een officiële rijbewijs of een andere acceptabele ID hebben.

The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There were some board games to play for various aged kids and adults. The kitchen was probably the best equipped that we have ever stayed. We always bring a box with cooking utensils because most places are lacking in that area but not this one. We loved the decor and the layout. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of space for toiletries and so forth. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying here again.

The only complaint would be that we rented a golf cart, and due to their rules, we couldn't drive it to this place due to its location. So if you plan on a golf cart rental, it will be a hassle. Also, the place was clean but didn't smell clean, the fridge was clean but had a weird smell, which I feel would've been solved by using a nice smelling cleaning product. Beds and linens were clean, the washer and dryer were nice, they had a small pack of detergent which we used up while there.

This property was clean, fully stocked, spacious and centrally located. I will definitely rent from Pare Escapes again! Their communication is great, staff are great to work with & professionals, on time and properties are exactly as described. Only recommendation I would give in the townhome is to put up a privacy fence on the back patio other than that I would recommend this property. We had 5 adults, 2 children, and one small dog.

However the one thing that kept us from enjoying our stay and coming back were the beds. The kids bunk beds were fine, but the king size beds were horrible and hard. I had a neck/back pain all weekend. I would suggest some mattress toppers.

We had planned to stay two nights but only could only stay the one night because there were no more rentals available. Padre escapes is gave us the difference back to our account and is giving us a discount on our next stay. I was upset we didn’t get stay both nights but at least the situation was handled in a professional manner.
