GEWELDIGE LOCATIE!

Foto's doen deze plek geen recht! Dit is de enige eenheid met 2 slaapkamers op de begane grond van dit complex. Er is een gereserveerde, overdekte parkeerplaats voor uw auto direct voor de deur en een gereserveerde slip waar u uw boot direct buiten uw achterdeur kunnen aanleggen. U kunt een aantal grote vissen te doen of uw gids op te halen, allemaal net buiten de deur! Niet vissen of een boot meenemen? Geen zorgen, het kanaal biedt nog steeds een geweldig, ontspannend uitzicht op het water vanuit uw woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken EN dit apparaat ligt ook naast het zwembad, het bubbelbad en het mooie terras waar zowel kinderen als volwassenen dol op zullen zijn. Schlitterbahn Water Park is een korte wandeling of een zeer korte afstand rijden. U zult CVS en enkele restaurants net om de hoek te hebben en het strand ligt op slechts enkele minuten.

Deze plek is echt een thuis weg van huis. Een grote open plattegrond kan de hele familie of een groep vrienden naar een aantal echte quality time met elkaar doorbrengen. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken en te eten tijdens uw verblijf. De woonkamer heeft een Smart TV en er is een tv in elke slaapkamer ook. U zult waarschijnlijk geen tijd om ze te gebruiken, maar voel je vrij om te brengen uw elektronica van huis omdat wifi is voorzien hebben. Kabel is ook. De master bedroom heeft een comfortabele queen bed en de logeerkamer heeft ook een koningin en een twin bed.

Nice place, however since it's waterfront there were some water roaches dead on the floors in the living room and hallway areas. The pool was next to our rooms so that was nice. The grandkids loved it.

Great View of Canal

The place has a few rough edges but overall pretty nice.We stayed for 30 days. They did have a nice welcome basket for us. Communication with manager was good initially, but when we contacted them about some shortcomings, i.e. the smoke detector didn't work, the toaster quit working, one patio/porch chair was broken/unrepairable, they didn't resolve the issues. Also the boat slip is broken, but was a non-issue because we didn't need it.

Smells musty and like mildew

Outdated broken appliances dryer microwave. Walls had blotches of wrong paint color through the condo. Duck tape on sliding glass door. Beds were like concrete. Bath tub was from the 80’s the tub floor was so unstable.music at pool was loud and drunks till 230 am Some one parked in my carport for two days and management was told and did nothing about it. So disappointed with this whole ordeal What a waste of money wish I could post up pics of this place every time I opened the door the smell was so intense

Mother’s Day Weekend

The property definitely needs some updating but the location was great for what we needed. The fishing was awesome and the pool area is fantastic. Sliding glass door needs replacing but we were careful with it and it worked ok. Beds were comfortable and AC was perfect.

This place is a disgrace and had to leave right away. There are molds in ceiling and vents. A hole in ceiling that leaks water. Air condition filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Manager though was cooperative and gave me a full refund. But this place shouldn’t be rented out in this unhealthy condition.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt, es müsste renoviert werden und das Küchengeschirr ausgewechselt werden,, Fußbodenfliesen waren kaputt und locker( mit Teppich überklebt) , Wasserschaden vor längere Zeit gehabt.Kommunikation mit Verwalter i.O, Pool und Whirlpool gut

End of Summer Get-a-way

My husband and I took our 3 grandkids for their first beach trip ever, and couldn’t have been more pleased! The condo was perfect for the 5 of us with all the conveniences of being at home! I was able to wash our beach attire and towels every evening and we had a great time winding down by taking a quick swim in the gorgeous pool next to us! Padre island is amazing and I encourage you to scoop up this place when available!

Great location!

We had a great experience staying at this condo. Everything was perfectly as described. The pool was right next door and each night we all enjoyed the fishing off the dock right out back. We didn’t catch anything big, but the kids had a blast with all the little fish they did catch. I was surprised to find that laundry soap, dish soap, and trash bags were all provided as several other places I’ve stayed have you provide your own. The covered parking spot right out the front door made loading and unloading a breeze. My only complaint was that some of the dishes cleanliness were questionable, so we washed them before using and also that there were no large knives. We bought a watermelon to cut up and take to the beach, but found we had no way of cutting it when we got back to the condo and had to make another trip to the store to purchase one. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

The property was dirty. Specifically hair clogging the shower drain and hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. There is visible mold growing on the bathroom walls. The garbage disposal didn't work and backed up the dishwasher. We woke up to water all over the kitchen floor and food and debris backed up in the sink. We notified property management and were told they would come over and take care of the issues. They never came, I guess I'm not surprised as my expectations were low considering the condition of the property. This was a guys fishing trip so although disgusting, we were ok. I would never allow my wife and kids to stay here. Stay away unless your standards of cleanliness are low.

The unit was very convenient being next to the pool and on the 1st floor. We did some fishing in the canal.. kids played in the pool. The property managers were readily available when I had a question.we don't have any complaints. The property was clean and overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! Was perfect for the few adults and two young ones we had with us. Right by the pool and great location if you're looking to stay out on the island. Read reviews about smells/cleanliness, but it's certainly not what we experienced. Really great place for the value!

The AC was not working. The owner was quick to bring in temp units but the main area and kitchen never cooled off. There is mold growing in the ceiling that can be seen in several places so what isnt seen must be a lot. It made me sick. Came home with respiratory issues from breathing it.

Great place for an extended weekend

We really enjoyed staying here. The little view right outside the living room with the marina added to its charm. The place was clean enough and the bed was very comfortable; slightly on the firm side. TV in the bedroom worked. We didn’t try the living room or other room as we were at the beach the majority do the days and didn’t want to waste our time indoors. Only negative thing to say is the internet didn’t work when we tried for brief work purposes but we just used our phone as a hot spot and it didn’t interfere with what we needed to get done. But this could be a larger problem for someone else.
