Dicht bij stranden, winkels, restaurants, bars en paardrijden. Prive, ontspannen sfeer, veilig, rustig en vriendelijk. Breng uw boot, jetski, kajak of paddleboard. Dolfijnen kijken met koffie in de ochtend als je een vroege vogel bent. Tal van vissen recht uit de achterdeur. Directe boottoegang tot de Laguna Madre, alle punten van de Intercoastal Waterways en Offshore. Waves Resort (voorheen Schlitterbaun Waterpark) en de Golf van Mexico liggen op slechts 5 minuten rijden voor Fun and Sun. Toegang tot het strand omvat de steigers en Packery Channel in het noorden en Bob Hall Pier in het zuiden. Padre Island National Seashore ligt op 10 minuten ten zuiden van Park Rd. 22 voor tal van gezinsactiviteiten. Corpus Christi winkelen 20 minuten over de JFK Causway. Het centrum van Corpus Christi, de Bayfront en congrescentra, het Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington en Port Aransas liggen allemaal op minder dan 30 minuten afstand. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere kabel-tv, dvd, wifi, wasmachine / droger, complete keuken met alle apparatuur, potten, pannen en keukengerei, zwembad, gas grill en alle gemakken van thuis. Unit heeft zowel bovenste en onderste prive gemeubileerde patio's, 1 queensize bed en complete badkamer boven, koningin slaapbank in de woonkamer beneden met keuken en complete badkamer. Parkeer gewoon en geniet van directe toegang op lager niveau. Breng eigenaren op de hoogte als u een boot, jetski of extra voertuig meeneemt.

Weekend Getaway

Reel Paradise was perfect for a couple looking to relax. The small complex is on a wide part of the channel and is open and peaceful. The unit is clean, the complex is cute and the owners are great. Pretty much everything you need is provided and you can tell they take great care of the place and their guests. Would absolutely rent the same place again.

Right on the water, clean, comfortable, close to the beach as well. My husband and I had a fantastic trip and enjoyed this home so much! We sat on the back patio and even fished just a few steps from the back patio! I would 100% stay here again! Great check in and communication!!

Richard and Linda were beyond amazing from the first message. Beautiful house with such a great view. We loved being able to just walk out back and fish or just watch the boats go by. Very clean it felt like we were at home at their place. I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else when we take a trip down to the beach. Thank you for letting us have a piece of your heaven.

Cozy spot

We loved this cozy little condo close to the beach. There was a shower right at the front where we could wash off sand so we wouldn’t track it into the house. And our almost-3-year old loved climbing up and down the spiral staircase.

Great fishing spot

Loved all the comforts of home with access to a great fishing spot. The location was close to many stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Richard was very helpful and kept in contact during our stay. We hope to stay again when we're ready to catch tons of fish!

Location, Location, Location

This property is the perfect spot for your fishing or beach getaway! We enjoyed the short drive to Whitecap Beach, as well as fishing at the jetties, or just walking out the back door where we caught speckled trout and mangrove snapper for a couple of our dinners. We have stayed in other condos in the past, and I have to say, this condo was stocked very nicely with everything we needed in the kitchen. The communications with Richard were just as other reviews had mentioned. Not only was he very quick to reply, he also was very helpful with any questions I had about the area. My wife and I cannot say enough nice things about this property, it very much felt like home for four nights. We will without a doubt book another trip.

PERFECT for our young family!

The rental, host and overall experience could not have been better. This was our first time staying on this part of the island as we usually stay IN port aransas. However, this area (and rental if available) will always be our Texas coast go to. You had all the perks of port aransas - beach, restaurants, shops, atmosphere - without the over crowded chaos and partying. The rental was situated on a canal so we could enjoy the water, but it was SO quiet and nice. The private deck/dock allowed us to put our baby to sleep and then spend the evening fishing while still being in range for the baby monitor, which gave us some relaxation time together we dont normally get. The host was absolutely wonderful in communicating with us and the rental was beyond stocked with everything you could possibly need and more than any other place weve ever stayed with from VRBO, Everything was nice, new, and spotless. We so enjoyed this stay, and would recommend it to any young family looking to get away and relax.

Relaxation Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay here! Communication was phenomenal, location was perfect, views were stunning, beach was close, restaurants were delicious. It is a perfect size for two people. My only word of caution is the only way to get upstairs to the bedroom is by climbing a narrow spiral staircase with very tall steps! I'm a shorty, so it was work for me. I just kept repeating, "High knees. High knees!" Even so, I'd happily stay here again!

The property & condo was breathtaking. Being able to step off the deck and be right there on the fishing deck was incredible! I was quite disappointed in the fishing at this location.. as that was the biggest part of why we booked here. Spent a lot of time fishing & barely even got any bites. Otherwise, was a wonderful stay.

Home away from home

Second time staying and will not be the last. Communication with owners, specifically Richard, is always timely, and he will keep you informed of the things going around. Love the place! It was quite during the winter and can tell you that during summer with neighbors around, you will not even notice them. Book stay your stay, you will not reject it.
