Welcome to "Sand By Me" this newly built, two-story 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, featuring a private rooftop deck and a private plunge pool with an astroturf lawn. Situated downtown in Port Aransas, this home offers convenience to local attractions and the beach! Plus, it's golf cart accessible! 🏖️🚗 Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious floor plan flooded with natural light streaming in through the large living room windows, setting the scene for creating everlasting memories. 🌞 Lounge around after a long day at the beach and enjoy watching your favorite movies on the large flat-screen TV, nestled in comfortable living room furniture. On the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a king bed, and a TV. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom is spacious, with a king-sized bed and a full-sized bed separated by a privacy wall for added comfort. This room also has an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. The living room offers a twin-sized bed for an additional sleeper. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the 2nd floor for easy access on laundry days.

* Pool will be heated upon request prior to check-in. Heated to 80-85 degrees. Additional fee of
$50-$100 will be charged.
* NO pets are allowed- a $500 fine will be applied if a pet is on site.
