This old farmhouse was charming and comfortable. It was in town and close to the bay, yet private, quiet, and safe. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to walk to some of the activities that we came for - in town for the Hummingbird Festival (which was amazing). Communication with the host was easy. She was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Our Stay at the Farmhouse

My family and I rented this sweet farmhouse model place out in Fulton, Texas for our a spring break outing. Itโ€™s a great location with a great view of the ocean. Itโ€™s a peaceful area as it looks like a lot of the neighbors seem to be retired and friendly.I definitely recommend this rental!

We wanted to see what Rockport had to offer and see about returning - we truly enjoyed exploring the area and this landing spot was perfectly located to do just that. Enjoyed the home very quite and nice country charm. Perfect for our Rockport trip as it is convenient to everything we need and still has the country charm. This was our second stay at this property and so when we saw it was available we had to book.

Great, lowkey Beach getaway!!!

This house was great for what we needed, which was to just have a place to lay our heads down at night while we spent all day at the Rockport beach! Our dog stayed kenneled in the house the whole time, which was soooo convenient for us! The kitchen is well stocked, so is the bathroom. There were some toys and chairs for us to take to the beach with us which was so nice because we didnโ€™t bring chairs of our own. The house was pretty baby friendly as well! We had our 2 year old with us.

Very Relaxing Stay!

We had a thoroughly relaxing and great time in Fulton/Rockport at this wonderful cute little home. The house was very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed some beach time, saw the fireworks on the 4th, took a Dolphin watching boat tour, ate some great food in town, and hung out at the house just relaxing and watching TV. Was just the getaway the wife and I needed. Communication with the owner was very quick and informative. We look forward to a return stay in the future!

Really great

The property and its amenities were perfect. The beds were very soft and comfortable The house had everything required and some great extras like chairs to bring to the beach and extras for doggies brought along. It's close proximity to the pier was great. We enjoyed playing card games around the large table. It had everything you could ask for. It is on the older side, but that added to the charm. The only issue we had the entire stay was that our little dog became infested with fleas. She had been treated before our trip as an extra precaution, however it apparently was not enough. Not much you can do about this, but if you are bringing you furry friend be cautious and bring extra provisions. Even after multiple treatment options my little furry friend is still scratching herself silly.
